A hotel that from the lobby and the outside gives the impression of a 5 star hotel but has the soul and performance of something far less The rooms are ordinary ,the breakfast is ordinary and the price is not value for money

Great location for the high speed train station, easy 40 minute metro ride to the centre and clean room with very comfortable bed. We had delicious food in the hotel restaurant in the evening, but unfortunately breakfast was not as good - most items were cold, including the “hot” drinks.

The service is very good and thoughtful. The hygiene is also very good. The transportation is convenient and the subway entrance is just outside. I will come again next time. The bed is very comfortable and the overall feeling is comfortable. Louis was also very efficient during the stay. Any needs of the guests will be solved quickly. Five-star quality and service

We booked this hotel for a trip. We arrived late at night. Leona at the front desk was very considerate and attentive. She smiled warmly and asked us if we wanted to check out late. It was also very close to the subway station. Arther, the manager on duty at night, was also very nice.

Very good! Very comfortable stay! The surrounding environment is good, Changsha International Convention and Exhibition Center is nearby, the roads are wide and hygienic! Good greenery and fresh air. We came from Guangdong to apply for a visa, and we stayed here a few hundred meters away from the visa center and could walk there. Very cost-effective. The breakfast was also good.

The room is not big, but it is well-equipped and clean. The shower in the bathroom is a bit small, but it's ok if you turn around slowly. Tang Lulu at the front desk provided very good service and extended the check-out time after explaining the situation. When I checked in, I was reminded of the place with testing equipment. The twin room is also equipped with children's slippers and children's toothbrushes, which is very good.

You can sit anywhere you want when traveling. Yuelu Mountain Line 4 (Hunan University) is directly connected; Orange Island Line 2 is directly connected; Hunan Provincial Museum Line 2 transfers to Line 6 (it is recommended to transfer at Yingbin Road and get off at Xiangya Hospital); all attractions are about 40-50 minutes; the ticket price is less than 4 yuan; overall it is very good. I would like to specifically praise the front desk guy Louis for his hospitality. Although the hotel is not in the downtown area, the transportation is very convenient. There are subway lines 2 and 4 right outside the door, so it is very convenient to go anywhere.
