服務態度滿分，非常禮貌貼心。
有24小時洗衣服務和下午茶、晚點（酒釀）。
五一廣場附近的酒店硬件估計都是類似的，這點難以更改，朵蘭達應該是盡力在其他方面提高分數。但換個角度，地理位置也是很大的優勢，在商圈中心。
建議酒店優化小智管家，複雜點的操作容易導致死機。

期待已久的長沙旅行，八月份就在攜程訂了這家酒店，攜程首頁推薦的準沒錯，性價比拉滿。位置就在黃興廣場地鐵站100米左右，周圍各種餐飲都有，到國金中心，橘子洲、湖南博物院都很方便，零食很大、坡子街、太平老街步行可到；小智管家全屋智能控制，電動馬桶，設施很新，床墊睡得很舒服，美中不足就是洗手枱較淺，枱面上容易積水；
前台服務很好 很貼心，不得不説長沙連酒店行業都這麼卷啊，從前台到打掃阿姨到早餐阿姨都很熱情、專業。點了外賣需要送到前台，然後讓機器人送下來。此外，洗衣服務這些就不講了。忘記帶卸粧油了，酒店還有卸粧水可以使用，樓下還有好幾家茶顏悦色，可以試試。
