這次入住挺愉快的，觀望了很久和家人一起選擇了長沙北辰洲際酒店，前台貼心給我安排了面積大一些的房間，前台Serein為我辦理續住手續的時候積極協調房間，手續辦理的也很快。詢問我們是否需要補充洗漱用品，很貼心的服務！

住洲際總是讓人感到舒心自在，前台張思敏小姐姐非常熱情地接待，還送了衹超可愛的小象給小姑娘。提點小建議：早上進餐廳用餐時，有服務員直接帶人進去和確定餐桌比較好些（我們那天進去人比較多，進去半天才找到位子）。

你如果想體驗無敵江景，這裏就是。
簡直美翻了。
而且酒店還連着大悦城，吃飯購物太方便啦。
前台小姐姐漂亮且熱情，可惜我忘了她的名字。
房間設施，洲際的水準一向OK。早餐很棒，唯一要説的是，房間礦泉水可以多放幾瓶。

酒店挨着湘江邊，風景很好，出門就能在江邊散步，可以看到絕美的夜景；酒店內就有健身房和泳池，很方便。
前台Eden熱心親切，貼心的介紹了酒店設施，還送了特色的小禮物，禮賓Nolan服務很主動，熱心的帶電梯拿行李，一路上還介紹了長沙各種的特色美食，很棒的一次入住。
