酒店環境好，地理位置佳，設施齊全，外賣有機器人送房間，電梯要刷房卡才可以上，很安心，但是住幾樓就去不了其他樓層，還好前台小周幫我們升級房間安排在了一層。

跟朋友來長沙玩訂了這裏，入住感受不錯，特別是前台辛迪幫我們升級了，酒店沒有單獨的洗衣房，但是可以送洗衣櫃裏面有洗衣單，還是方便。

酒店在長沙南邊商圈，熱鬧得很，吃喝玩樂很方便，離高鐵站挺近的，就是門口碰上上下班高峯期有點堵，一進大堂還有禮賓員Tate熱情地搬運行李，管家小蘇安排的房間很不錯，高樓層遠離電梯，裏面乾淨暖和，生活用品，設施一應俱全。

太滿意這家酒店了！從管家小蘇Sophia跟我聯繫起，到走進雅緻的大堂，舒適的房間，各種設施設備都運行良好，酒店的各處工作人員都很專業、友善，還有小蘇推薦的酒店附近美食：臭豆腐、蘭花乾子、糖油粑粑、果呀呀……讓我在長沙度過了一段流連忘返的時光，毫不猶豫地給五星好評！

温德姆配套設施完善，環境寬敞舒適，整體服務都非常熱情周到，管家小蘇Sophia安排的房間在高樓層，景觀視野不錯，入住還可以領取一杯星巴克咖啡，非常贊！酒店停車也很方便，管家主動詢問車牌幫我錄好，開車出入非常方便～

入住湘府路德思勤的温德姆酒店，感受非常不錯，不僅有酒店經理小楊提前聯繫安排房間，提前安排的房間面積十分寬敞，設施齊全完善，智能的感覺很不錯，酒店環境優美，周邊非常熱鬧，樓下有小吃街，遇到困惱都得到了及時解決處理，住得很放心很舒心，今天準備去酒店平安夜的自助餐，下次有機會再來！

温德姆酒店位置處於長沙南城繁華地段，周邊配套設施齊全，購物餐飲都非常方便，樓下還有夜市，各種小吃種類繁多。酒店服務非常棒，接待非常熱情，尤其小楊主動添加微信，提供優質服務。點外賣的話，酒店還有機器人負責配送，頂樓還有泳池，配套設施完善，非常不錯的入住體驗。

酒店住的挺好的，特別感謝前台的王汝小姐姐ELLA，幫忙安排了高樓層的房間服務也特別的熱情，房間面積大，乾淨整潔，設施設備齊全，酒店位置也不錯，周邊有商場和夜市，體驗了一次長沙的夜生活，下次再來
