The hotel is in a good location, near Youyi Road subway station, free parking, near the provincial government and the West District of Central South Forestry University. The decoration is high-end and the bedding in the room is particularly comfortable. The soundproofing effect of the room is very good, the air conditioning is strong, and the network speed is fast. The service is particularly good, especially the front desk and the guest rooms, all old employees, familiar faces, wherever they go, they are all smiles and greetings, and there is a kind of intimacy at home. There are also buffet breakfast, gym, etc. It is really the best choice for business trips and travel!

Since I was traveling independently, I searched for hotels on various platforms. I read a lot of hotel reviews and finally chose this one. I was quite surprised when I entered. The room was simple, refreshing and comfortable. The room was large and comfortable. The toilet was also quite large, and the sink was spacious. The front desk staff at the hotel was very nice, attentive, respectful and polite. Breakfast included sugar-coated glutinous rice cakes and Changde rice noodles. Although it was a little far to take a taxi to May Day Square, it was still acceptable. The overall facilities were also good, and parking was also convenient. My family was satisfied.

I'm a solo traveller who needed a place to sit down and do some work for a few days while on a road trip across China and this place was honestly perfect for me. The staff are very friendly, the bed was super comfortable (a rarity in Chinese budget hotels I've found), it about 1.5kms to the nearest shopping malls and big street food area which I would walk to in the evenings after a long day at the laptop. The rooms initially smell a little of smoke from previous users, but it dissipated and didn't bother me. Air conditioning is solid (and necessary in August). The free breakfast in the morning was actually quite decent. All of this for a very reasonable price. CCameo19I stayed for 3 nights over Christmas at the W Hotel and it went above and beyond all expectations! From the sleek, modern design to the impeccably clean facilities. It felt very festive as windows and tables were adorned with delightful Christmas decorations, the highlight was the lovely pink tree on the first floor, it was super cute! The entire staff's commitment to ensuring my stay was exceptional deserves high praise. They catered to every need with a level of care and attentiveness that exceeded all expectations. Day 1: Lovely plate of fruit. Day 2: Cute knitted pouch with candy. Day 3: Xmas-plate of fruit and chocolate log. Plus a big shout out to Eric, who was super attentive and assisted in organising my Christmas Eve afternoon tea and the delicious 5-course Christmas Day meal. (It was pricey at 1288, but included the regular buffet, and a gorgeous red basket with gifts plus an oversized bag! So was worth it.) The bar/chill out area seems to be the hangout place. The energetic atmosphere on Christmas Eve was super cool. There was a runway showcasing several models and a cool DJ. It added an exciting vibe to the festivities, making the evening memorable. Furthermore, the huge swimming pool and changing room facilities felt luxurious, only thing missing was a jacuzzi, although sauna and steam room were great. Additional info: hotel is connected to the mall, line 2 metro is accessible via the mall which made is super convenient to travel around the city. Definitely recommend staying here! This W Hotel flawlessly combines luxury, sophistication, and a vibrant atmosphere, making it a standout hotel.

Location: Couldn't be more perfect - walking distance from all the areas we wanted to be in, with tonnes of great food and drink options (street food, restaurants etc) right at the doorstep, same with convenience stores and everything else you'd need. The subway is also a very short walk away, as well as several malls. Room: Room was very good - really well kitted out (including a very good hair dryer which my girlfriend said was worth mentioning), clean, and well decorated. Lots of useful tech / extra touches that elevated the stay. It was slightly on the smaller side, so not a huge amount of storage space for clothes, but this wasn't a problem for our shorter stay. The room includes a projector which has a lot of films included (including in english) which was a nice touch. Service: The service was amazing! The front desk staff don't speak english but we used our phones to translate, so communication was no problem. Xiao Hao, Pei Pei, and Xiao Mei were great - and we were always met with a smile. There's a concierge service which means you can reach the team on WeChat at any time - and they were incredibly responsive and helpful each time I asked for recommendations or had specific questions. Facilities: Decent.well decorated, modern communal areas, the breakfast has a good spread (western / chinese), free laundry and dryers. The gym is tiny and quite barren however.

AAnonymous UserLocation: The hotel is located at the heart of the city! Extremely convenient to shop and go back to rest before going out again, multiple times a day. We were surrounded by nightlife and lots of food options even after 2am. We share the same building as a karaoke and famous bar so it gets bustling on weekend nights. The shared lift was not pleasant but I wasn’t a big deal to me. There is an amazing massage place in the same building that opens 24/7. Perfect for food reflexology after a long day of sightseeing. Room: Was amazed at the smart home. Loved the clean room, silent projector with huge screen, great hair dryer, fast and free laundry service, free bottled water, shower was very strong which was great! Only down side is it bathroom was a little small and it gets flooded with water. But they do offer slippers so it wasn’t that bad. If we needed anything we can just WeChat the reception. We were also the unlucky ones who had room closer to the club, was a bit noisy at night but was too tired it didn’t bother me much. They provide ear plugs if you need. It’s not perfect, but for the price, location, service and amenities, I’d say it was worth it. Would recommend to my friends.

GGuest UserI said I was a blind selection, but the kids said that this is not a blind selection. It is really good. It saves 10 minutes 🦶 of the blog. Just eat, it can't be too late. The entrance to the subway station is just downstairs, so you can travel however you want, very convenient. Having said that, I brought two and a half boys, one big man, four people may be a little crowded, I wanted to upgrade, but the men all refused, saying that they just take a bath and sleep, think about it, there is a washing machine and refrigerator in the room, Hygiene is also okay, because I am too tired to play, I have not experienced the projection, and the overall sleeping comfort is not bad, but the sensor light is more sensitive, it lights up when I move, I can’t see the light yet, I wake up when I see the light The first day I took a shower and found that the floor drain was not good. Fortunately, it was resolved quickly. The hotel should pay more attention to this routine inspection~

We arrived at the Hunaghua Int'l Airport T2 and you can call the hotel to arange for pick up which is bonus. The hotel also send us to the meglev station the next day. Overall it is oerfect for those who want to stay near the hotel. Room is clean too. Note: checking in was a bit challenging as we arrived at mid night and only 1 person mend the reception. we were half way doing check in when a group of China local tourist came in and they dont't wait don't queue - many of them just shoved you aside and push their ID card over to the staff for check in.
