The environment and service are very thoughtful and meticulous. I will come back next time I go on a business trip. The key is the price. It's only two or three hundred for a hotel of this level. Fortunately, it is in Changshu. If it is in a big city, the base price is doubled.

But there were many people out of the park at 12 o'clock. Many parking lots were full. The roadside was full. I stayed in the afternoon. I used to live in the city. I pictured its location, to the right impression city, to the left pedestrian street, After walking the pedestrian street, you can go to the Fangta (Qingming Fangta Garden can punch in a few wooden hydrangeas, very good film). This time I chose a room with a small study. I was satisfied with this layout. The hot water is very large and the air conditioning is efficient. It is quite awkward to read the comments in advance. In Changshu, I chose to eat after the rain. This time I found a family 900 meters away. As a result, I accidentally found a newly built large business district in Qinhuxi. The pattern is quite similar to the style of Jinji Lake business district in Suzhou Park.

GGuest UserQuite a new hotel, decor is good, breakfast reasonable, room was clean, comfortable and well equipped.
The biggest praise is for the staff, they were welcoming, helpful and friendly throughout the 10 days I was a guest, this includes all staff from cleaning staff, breakfast staff and front desk staff.
The only improvement I can suggest, is to provide coffee in the rooms, not just tea. (Although not a major issue as there are 2 Starbucks within minutes of the hotel)

GGuest UserWe took the elderly and children out to celebrate the Mid-Autumn Festival. We wanted to be closer, so we booked the Hyatt. The room type was great. Their service was very good. Simona would contact you in advance to tell you how to park and check in, which was very convenient. Due to the typhoon Bebejia, there were some problems with the room we originally booked. They took the initiative to upgrade us to an executive suite. The service was very good and satisfactory. I will book again next time I go to Changshu.

MMichael.UKThe hotel is a very nice, charming complex comprising a renovated ancient house, making it an unusual place to stay. The location is unexpected: tucked behind some regular buildings. Inside it is very pretty and nicely designed and the room has nice amenities. Things I noticed that were slightly negative: the floor in the room was not very clean; the breakfast is pretty and nice done but still, is simply a fancy zhou and they couldn’t make me a coffee; there is very little noise isolation so we were woken up by noisy families at 8am when we were trying to lie-in. Overall I would recommend it for sure but a clean floor and slightly cheaper nightly price would help a lot.

GGuest UserThe standard of a five-star hotel. I was particularly concerned about the room temperature, and the powerful air conditioning was the most satisfactory point of this stay. The breakfast was OK, and the restaurant staff were very friendly and polite. Although the hotel is old, the hygiene is good, and there are no obvious stains on the light-colored carpets, which is not easy. The only minor flaw was that the front desk receptionist was a little absent-minded when checking in, and seemed to be still asleep.
