總體挺好的，就是半夜空調壞了熱醒了，工作人員也緊急來修了，當時心情肯定很糟糕，但是工作人員態度很好，所以也能理解，最終也是友好協商解決了問題，而且這也不能怪服務人員，空調也是很快修好了，維修人員也挺辛苦的。最後酒店也給出了合理的補償並送了小禮物。
酒店環境還不錯，小狗玩的也很開心。有一個大草坪適合給小狗玩。

房間很好，很大寬敞，陽台外鳥語花香，晨霧飄渺，酒店帶農舍，非常新鮮喔，師傅現採了青椒南瓜茄子，不要太美味！！餐廳晚餐很好，還贈送蜜桃水，早餐很一般，有待改進。。一切很美好，雖是大雨，不影響旅行，桃不很甜，但重在自產，有機食物。。特別表揚酒店客房王紅梅，由於陰雨連綿，陽台積水不顧危險把地面拖的一遍又一遍，乾淨得象明鏡，勤勤懇懇，吃苦耐勞，尤其感動！！

自從多年前去過兩次長興後，腦海裏始終殘留着“長興就是農家樂代名詞”的概念😎此行是來顛覆一下認知哈😉佔地166畝的酒店，園林疊翠，亭榭閣樓，睡蓮嬌艷，還有田園花果相映成趣，空氣十分清新，盡顯江南水鄉特色。酒店分佈了35棟仿古建築，別墅散落在園林之間，每間客房都帶有較大的露台，房間很舒適，衞生間設計合理。沒有農家樂的喧嘩嘈雜，安靜地享受小眾祕境桃花源。酒店receptionist服務是真心到位（從入住前到入住期間）👍想方設法滿足我們的額外要求（甚至是沒提到的），知道我們愛飲茶，還特別為我們準備了精美的茶具，Housekeeper服務也不錯。餐飲部目前尚在調整交接過程中，酒店方很重視住客的體驗感受，也在不斷努力更完善。曾經入住貴酒店308&309的我們表示感謝🌹

雖然在梅雨季節再次來到山居，連日多雨也不影響欣賞山居美景。服務員也一如既往的熱情周到，房間乾淨整潔，寬敞舒適。夏季果園瓜果蔬菜都可採摘。

這次訂了兩種房型，這個房間60平，比較舒適，酒店環境沒得説，三面環山，空氣清新，餐廳的菜也還可以，就是早餐，一天很豐盛，一天很簡單。

酒店應該能做的很好，但是確實有很多莫名其妙讓人不爽的地方。
先説好的，酒店環境還不錯，荷葉塘和一片睡蓮都挺好看，建築仿唐，各種瓜果葡萄園，坐落山腳下，滿眼蒼翠，旁邊有農貿市場有唐朝十二坊，隨便走走也不錯。
不好地方有很多
1、套餐裏面的正餐，到店後全換了，給的理由是季節原因。你説蒓菜有季節性就算了，蝦，牛肉也有季節性嗎？這個理由根本站不住呀。替換的抱醃太湖白魚，從頭到尾我們就動了兩筷子，魚不新鮮。黑胡椒牛排，就是合成牛排。最生氣的是點了一份水餃給孩子吃，特地問了是不是速凍水餃，服務員信誓旦旦説不是，但是上來的一咬就知道是速凍的。整體質量太差。
2、小童樂園在户外，大熱天安排的還是晚上四點半關門，那些設施沒人打理，一層灰，根本玩不了。
3、泳池沒有開，建議標註一下開放時間。
4、酒店早餐很一般，品類少，質量也不太行，沒有新鮮牛奶，麪包衹有吐司，熱菜全是素菜。
整體來説，還是住長興縣城會更好，或者就住農家樂吧。

酒店內的綠化環境超好，房間內的裝修也很贊，處處提現出高檔感。餐廳服務員很親切，下午茶想加點小曲奇也二話不説加給我們了。
小童樂園衹有室外的，另外可以餵動物、摘草莓。附近沒啥好逛的，農貿市場有點無聊，也沒啥好飯店……
總體感覺住宿很不錯，就是娛樂活動和親子活動還是少了些，建議以後可以豐富下。
