The rooms are all individualized and very romantic and beautiful. Breakfast is served in a very beautiful and romantic little alley. It is plentiful, a little different every day, varied and delicious, served with love, and included in the price.

Nice place, in a very convenient location in Venetian Chania, a stone's throw from free parking and the delightful city center. Rich and very varied breakfast, served outdoors in a typical alleyway by two cute and very helpful girls. Charming room, with three small terraces and well ventilated. Changes of bathroom linen are very frequent. I would recommend a few more hangers for those who stay for several days.

Do not stay at this hotel/The studio we stayed in the pictures looked great but in reality the hot water did not work and the room was loaded with dust and mold.The bathroom was very small and had no room for your tolitries.When you flushed the toliet you could hear thru the walls as well as everyone else flushing their bathroomsThe bathroom was constantly flooding and mold was visable.The jacuzzie in our room was dirty and the drain did not work.The electric sockets in the room did not work I could not charge my phone they sockets were carroded.The cats screamed all nights and we could not sleep.We had 5 days reserved thru *********** and asked for customer assistance none was provided and we left after two days and had to find another hotel room with no assistance from booking-I started to experience headaches and sinus congestion -I will never use *********** their reviews are not tainted because of a vested financial interest.I tried to speak to the ownner who pretended he did not speak english and would not listen to our concerns.Im disputing this charge with my capitol one account.The owner would not provide me with a receipt of my stay- What a Scam shame on *********** and this establishment.A horriable experience

We stayed a week here - totally clean, totally kind and helpful staff and a really great location for mooching around the old town. Breakfast was also fab. No complaints whatsoever. The jacuzzi was much fun too.

The announcement is misleading, in fact there are two locations: one in the historic center, the other 14km away lost in the mountains. The headquarters in the mountains can be reached via an impervious road without guardrails, poorly lit and with a series of hairpin bends overlooking nothing. It is located in a small village that recalls the locations of Hostel, Tarantino's horror movie. We didn't even visit the inside of the rooms, the absurdity of the journey and the context was enough for us. Avoid!

One night stay at this hotel during our stopover in Chania. When we entered the room, it smelled of cigarette smoke. The hotel says that the rooms are non-smoking but this is not true. The smell of cigarettes permeated our clothes. The room is humid, very humid! The sheets smell damp. The humidity also had time to soak into our clothes overnight. The room is dark and very noisy at night because it overlooks a busy pedestrian street. The shower is ridiculously small and the shower curtain is dirty. The only positive point is the breakfast which was very good and plentiful. But to be honest it's not worth it because the quality of the stay is mediocre.

An express and very cold welcome from the owner. We had booked a room with a spa, but it was just a dirty bathtub with 2 jets. The apartment is dilapidated with marble slabs coming off! DANGEROUS! The TV is placed so that you bump your head! The bedroom switch is in the bathroom and the hairdryer is in the entrance. No dishes for 2. Ridiculous shower with a curtain too short... and so on! The advert states luxury suite... but where is it? 75€ per night, too expensive for a slum.

Very good location. There was service. Delicious breakfast (fresh juice). Nice and clean room. Beautiful view from the balcony. Wine for guests in the room and equipment (glasses, plates, glasses). The bathroom was fungus-free, modest but clean.
