The hotel is very close to the bus station, 5 minutes walk. The room facilities are very new, clean and hygienic, and the breakfast is very rich. The hotel is not a 24-hour front desk. When there is no staff, you need to call the staff to come, so if you book this hotel, it is best to call in advance to make an appointment for check-in. Although we waited for a while, the hotel promptly expressed their apology and sent small snacks. The hotel is operating with great care, and it is recommended to stay.

Great place to go to very convient for getting in to Chania centre and Old Town is close by too. Bus station is less than 10 mins from the M City Hotel and there are buses to and from the airport regularly. Hotel is in the centre but I was on 3rd floor so noise was hardly heard at all once balcony door was closed and curtains pulled closed. Bed was really comfy and pillows were good too, shower room was excellent and just an ideal size, good views across to The White Mountains from the balcony. Continental breakfast was good and no complaints at all, service was excellent and the whole hotel was spotlessly clean . Katerina on the reception desk was courteous informative and a real gem .

Very comfortable hotel, easy parking around, with all amenities needed, nice staff, not too far from the old town, 15 min walk from the harbour. The airport close, 30 min drive, would recommend for anybody who wants to stay away from the crowded old town!
