Solid choice fort Chania. Just outside of the Old City and in easy walking distance, this modern hotel offers lovely rooms (we had an amazing view from our balcony) and a nice breakfast. Front desk staff were very helpful. My only complaint was with the poor air conditioning. Our visit was in September, so not at the height of the summer heat, and we would have trouble sleeping because of the heat in our room. There was only street parking available during our stay, but this was not a problem at all.

Hotel in posizione vicinissima al lungomare. Pulizia impeccabile ogni giorno, camera molto ampia con terrazzo con vista sulla città. I servizi impeccabili come il personale. È presente una piscina, sempre aperta e disponibile per tutti gli ospiti. Colazione superlativa.

Siamo stati in questo hotel la scorsa settimana con la mia famiglia, ed è stato una piacevolissima sorpresa.Camera al quinto piano con una vista mare stupenda, confortevole e ben ottimizzata. Posizione buona, appena fuori dal caos del centro storico che si raggiungeva con una passeggiata di 10 minuti. Colazione varia e buona. Personale gentilissimo e sempre disponibile. Ci hanno anche preparato la colazione a sacco per l’ultimo giorno che avevamo il volo molto presto. Lo consiglio a tutti.

We had a great stay at this hotel. The staff were excellent and really friendly. PArking for 5 euro. 15-20 min walk to town along the port which is a nice walk with some good restaurants nearby. Really good solid breakfast. Nothing to not like about this hotel to be honest.

Our stay at the Hyperion Hotel in Chania was nothing short of amazing! We were thrilled with an upgrade to a Sea View room, which was spacious, had a beautiful balcony, and a complimentary mini bar. The hotel's prime location, just minutes from the old town, made exploring so convenient. The service was exceptional, and Stefanos at reception was a standout. His advice on local sights and dining made our trip extra special. Celebrating my birthday here was a dream, filled with wonderful memories. Highly recommend this hotel for an unforgettable stay!

I had booked a stay in this hotel for a planned trip to Greece with my girlfriend. The week before we were scheduled to leave, my girlfriend (who is a kidney transplant recipient) was admitted to the hospital as her immune system had completely stopped functioning. Her doctors told her she could not travel internationally as she had no chance in fighting off any infections/viruses she may encounter. I emailed this hotel directly (it was booked through a third party) and explained the situation, and asked if we'd be able to reschedule rather than cancel as we are planning on visiting Greece later this summer. I did state that I'd be happy to pay any re-scheduling fee or change in rates myself. I received an email from the CEO Lagonikakis George instructing me to reach out to the booking agent to reschedule. The booking agent contacted them multiple times without a response, finally being told by the hotel after our arrival date that the booking was non-refundable and that they were not interested in re-scheduling the dates. All three other hotels that we booked with in Greece had no problem re-scheduling the dates as they understood the severity of my girlfriend's medical situation. Will still be staying in Chania later this summer, but it will absolutely not be with this hotel.

Nous n'avons que des compliments à faire sur cet hôtel où nous venons de séjourner trois jours. L'emplacement est excellent, à proximité du front de mer avec ses nombreux restaurants, mais aussi de l'hyper centre ville (marché) et de la forteresse vénitienne. L'hôtel a dû être refait récemment, avec un architecte inspiré qui a su faire un bon usage des espaces intérieurs. L'ensemble donne un impression de luxe indéniable. Les chambres sont suffisamment spacieuses, avec une literie confortable et des sanitaires irréprochables . Petit déjeuner buffet de bonne qualité. Quant à l'accueil il était tout simplement parfait. Merci et bravo à toute l'équipe. Un conseil cependant : privilégier les chambres donnant sur l'arrière car nous sommes en centre ville et la rue est passante !

Excellent design mid market hotel opened in 2021. Staff very friendly and helpful. Clean, comfortable, well appointed room. Go for partial sea view on upper floor, we were on 4th and 5th floors. Excellent value. Good food in restaraunt and good buffet breakfast. 15 mins walk to old town. Would stay again if came back to Chania.
