Family-friendly Hotels in Chaozhou

If you are looking for a quiet hotel in the area well connected to the train station, this is it. Everyone in the hotel were genuinely friendly and helpful. Room was clean and specious, although if you are a non smoker better inform the hotel to prepare a room without the cigarette smell. They have Chinese style breakfast. During the weekdays, with only few guest, there weren't much choice, but everything was good. During weekends with more guests there were a lot of options. Only if they have real coffee, not instant... Hot Springs Area was additionally paid 88 per person, open 14-21. It was a very nice experience, but expect a lot of people during weekends. Unfortunately while inside, you cannot to go to the hotel restaurant to eat something, but you can order waimai. Overall we had a very pleasant stay and big thanks to the front desk staff for all the support 😊

Amazing stay at Hampton Chaozhou hotel . The front desk girls are the best hostess ever, special to Ms Coan, for the attention and help with translation. Breakfast is delicious and with plenty of choice , western and Chinese food . Gym is enough for daily exercise , and rooms are spacious and spot clean . Locations is very good , with a shopping mall annex to the hotel .

We were travelling as a party of four people and stayed at Atour Hotel (Chaozhou Ancient City People's Square). All of us were very impressed with the services provided by the hotel staff. Above all, the hotel manager (Ms 青盼) showed meticulous attention to detail in making us feel at home.

Around 5 mins taxi to the entrance of ancient city, great view, excellent room design, particularly like the bathroom design! Exceptionally comprehensive gym equipment, neat and stylish gym environment. Helpful staff who helped to arrange taxi and recommend restaurant. Major complaint was cleaning staff entering my room after I left the hotel despite my Do Not Disturb light was on. I was sure it was on because it is my usual practise, and I double-checked it that morning when I left the hotel. And the room service (which I did not expect) was chaotic. Used towels and bath rope were taken without replacement, and unused towels were somehow rearranged. Filled up some disposable utensils but were not tidily placed e.g. the slippers looked like being casually tossed around on the floor. Instantly realized someone had entered my room when I arrived at my room door that evening as I could see the DND light was turned off. Hotel explained that the cleaning staff was unaware of the DND light. How ridiculous! It was deliberately turned off. Worse, how the hotel tried to keep the hassle low key by offering me free bfast or something was disappointing. I don't think the hotel had geniuely tried to understand how I see it as an intrusion, and how unacceptable that was to me. I did not feel safe when I found out someone entered my room against my will. Probably won't visit Chaozhou again and prefer not to stay with Crowne again.

Ii recently had the pleasure of staying at Hans XiHu for a three-day trip, and I am thrilled to say that we made the right choice. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that we were in for a fantastic experience. First the hotel is small but clean. Our balcony room was well appointed with modern Chinese accents. This addition was a delightful touch and provides a serene space to relax and rewind after a full day of exploring. The location of the hotel was another highlight. Situated in a busy yet safe area, we found ourselves surrounded by a plethora of restaurants and shops, making it convenient to find dining options and explore the local scene. Additionally, the proximity to a park with a small lake was a delightful surprise. We took advantage of this by enjoying peaceful mornings in the park before embarking on our daily sightseeing activities. One of the standout features of the hotel was the complimentary laundry service. This amenity was a welcome surprise, and we took full advantage of it by submitting 15 pieces of clothing for laundering. To our delight, the laundry was returned to us on the same day, washed and neatly folded. This level of service exceeded our expectations and made our stay even more convenient. However, what truly set this hotel apart was the exceptional service provided by the front desk staff. They went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met. From providing valuable recommendations for local attractions and restaurants to going the extra mile in making reservations for us, their attentiveness and genuine care made our trip more meaningful and memorable. Overall, our experience at Hansi Xihu was highly satisfying. The combination of a clean and comfortable environment, a convenient location, surprising amenities like the complimentary laundry service, and the outstanding service from the front desk staff made our stay truly memorable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a delightful and personalized experience.

We had a wonderful experience at 桔子酒店（潮州古城人民廣場店）. The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. Full of orange flavour in hotel such as hand wash, body wash, shampoo, hair conditioner, candies and snacks.

The service is super good. Miss Xie Bing and Chen Miaohui at the front desk are super kind and answer all questions. The service is super good. The room is hygienic and clean. The automatic toilet responds quickly and does not dirty your hands. The bed is soft and comfortable. The sound insulation is good. Bottled water can be refilled for free. You can check out at 15:00 at the latest, and also provide free luggage storage, which is really convenient and fast for lazy stars!

The hotel is new and location is great for visiting relatives in the area. Room size is good for 2 pax. Cleanliness is good. The staff are friendly and helpful. They even provide free airport transfer, which is a plus point. The chauffeur is friendly and help us with the luggage. Overall. It was a great experience.

Super location and super staff. Very friendly and helpful throughout the stay. Hotel room is very clean, well maintained and spacious. Buffet breakfast is nice. This is a high tech hotel that uses AI and robots. Very innovative and impressive. 10 mins walk to paifang street from the lane next to the hotel. Plenty of nice food in the immediate vicinity.

It has already achieved a 6-star rating. 1. The courtyard landscape is super beautiful, the trails, water, and tables are very clean. The staff has carefully maintained and cleaned. I love your swimming pool! 2. The accommodation space is everywhere! Chaozhou artworks, ornaments, and sculptures are simply mansion style. 3. The service is friendly and positive, helping to carry luggage and introduce the surroundings. 4. Tea! It’s really delicious, so sorry~ I keep taking it. Unfortunately~ the toothbrush is not easy to brush and will shed hair.
