跟朋友一起出來玩，房間衞生很乾凈，地址離潮州古城非常近，古城裡麪共享電動車是沒辦法停車的，民宿老闆借我們了一輛電動車，出行非常方便。

衞生乾淨，老闆人也好，地理位置:在三利步行街裏面，走出三利步行街過個馬路就可以去到潮州西湖，靠近牌坊街和廣濟橋。一張1.8m雙人床和上下鋪，4個成人沒問題。整體體驗不錯的

房間中規中矩，就是家裡的民房改成民宿，但是衞生做的挺乾淨，看的出來床單被套都是洗過的，還掛在陽台晾曬。就是主卧的被子，有一股汗味，次卧的上下鋪被子很乾凈。衞生間很小，洗澡不方便。客廳老闆很貼心，在餐桌上還擺放着潮州三寶讓住客免費品嚐，並且還準備了葯箱和酒精消毒器，這點還是很貼心的。房間地理位置不是很好，離牌坊街很遠，走路得20分鐘，還不好打車。來潮州旅遊，還是建議住在牌坊街裏面，去每個景點都方便。

都知道今年的旅遊呀簡直是井噴！年頭古城附近100多的酒店現在要400-800一晚。着實不划算啊。無意中搜到了這個民宿，2023才開的，他是一個兩室兩廳一衞的老房子。在三利步行街。走出來大街2分鐘，在工商銀行門口就可以打到車，離古城很近，徒步1公里。樓下還有共享電動車停車點，你不想走路就開電動車，很方便。古城範圍內，電動車和走路是必選項。千萬不要看不來去打車，會堵死，而且很難打車。很多單行路。夜晚回到民宿還可以叫外賣。特別方便。小童房隔音會差點，介意帶耳堵。其他沒毛病。毛巾是一次性的。挺好。這種感覺就像，我的家就在這兒的感覺。下次還來。兩個房間可以住4人，實在要擠擠，客廳沙發也可以睡，哈哈哈哈
