I was there two days with my family. Highlight of the stay was interacting with the staff. Especially, the breakfast crew; they were personable, friendly, and attentive. My omelette was perfectly cooked. In the evening, I sat at the bar; although, extremely short staffed, the bartender was pleasant. The location was central to the places that I like to visit.
The room needed a little attention. There was food or dark drink residue in the sinks both in the bedroom and the kitchenette area and the coach had a few holes where the material on the inside of the sofa was coming out. Other than that, the room was okay.

A few small bumps and changed room, but the hotel manager and staff were top notch and very pleasant and professional. I appreciate their prompt, friendly service and attention to detail.

We have had a horrible day. Cut our week long trip short because we had to bring our friend to the ER. Front staff was amazing and helpful. We also needed an adult beverage to get us through. The bartenders were friendly and so kind. Thank you to all who made the end of our trip so much better. Wish I had the sense of mind to recall their names. I am at the embassy in Charlotte by the airport. Thank you to all.

After flying all day from the west coast and getting into Charlotte late, I went to bed. First thing in the morning i woke up for my appointments and was greeted with a cold shower and no coffee in the room. After asking multiple times for coffee during my 3 day stay, I eventually gave up. Never did get any. The shower problems were hotel wide. The front desk staff had no answers. I was staying here for an industry training with around 100 other participants. The hotel blamed the hot water issues on us, saying that we all got up at the same time and took a shower...
Another guest was complaining that there was a cockroach in her room. The front desk told her that they couldn't do anything about it. When the customer asked what she should do, the desk staff replied, "I don't know, kill it?"
My guest room and the meeting rooms at the hotel smelled like mold. I discovered that I had a car air freshener hanging from the A/C vent in my room. Guess that's how they fix the problem.
All in all, I would not return. I've seen 1 star motels with better service and rooms. Definitely not worth the almost $300 a night I paid.

Initially I liked this hotel but after finally putting my expense report in I now am very unhappy. Morning of checkout I got email with bill. Everything looked fine. I now am filling the expense report out and the new final bill in concur has 2 days of parking fees now slapped on it. I never got a new final bill sent to me with 2 days of parking. I never had a car here (I never went to the front desk to checkin or out so no idea why they thought I had a car). What a shady way to sneak fees onto the bill and never tell the customer. Now I have to go call this shady hotel up and complain about bogus charge that they never sent me a true final bill about. Will never stay here again. Too much of hassle.

Stayed here for 2 nights on work trip to office nearby. Selected since they had free breakfast and close to office I was visiting. The breakfast was good selection and not super crowded when I went down. It does end at 9am during week. Got fresh made omelet both mornings. Staff was friendly. Room was clean and no issues with anything. The 1st night I ate at the restaurant (missed the free social) and the food was meh and a bit expensive for what I got. Burger, chips and cocktail was $25. Would stay here again if in area.
