Location is a little isolated. Unfortunately the rooms are extremely outdated and have permanent stains throughout. There is cobwebs everywhere and splatter paint on walls. Clearly this place is neglected but the workers are doing their best. There is laundry machines l, fitness center and the breakfast center available but it also smells like cigarette smoke even though there is a no smoking policy.

The AC didn't work breakfast in the morning had no plates had to go and buy some wow didn't get nothing off my room with no Ac I will never go back there again 83 dollars wow no joke

overall bad experience not great not helpful and hotel in poor state rooms not great breakfast pretty low and limited for choice no pool and only one lift working

I mean I’ve been to worse places. Was only there for less than a day so went with anything but yeah, if your a clean freak or been watching those tiktok cleaning videos lately, don’t stay here. You’ll either be quite skeeved or will spend the entire cleaning up this place.

This hotel is a dump. It's old nothing works. I attempted to ask about the pool that was out of order. The elevator was out of order. I went downstairs to purchase a soda in the machine and my soda was hotter than outside! The room had bugs in it. All of the furniture is outdated and I will NEVER return or recommend this property.

Do not fall for the pictures in this listing. This place was filthy, and the room they gave us had fleas. We arrived kinda late, so I tried to stick it out until I could find something else, but I ended up packing my kids up in the middle of the night and leaving. There was no one at the desk to complain to or anything.

Very friendly and hardworking staff at the La Quinta Charlotte Airport SOUTH. Kim, at the front desk in the AM, is a shining star ⭐️ Kim is always patient and helpful with every guest. The hotel managers and owners are trying to keep up with the cascading failing maintenance issues running an older property, including the expensive elevator systems and swimming pool pump system, which recently failed, as an added expense for the owners. But the staff are doing the best they can with what is available to them, and the La Quinta Airport South affordable room price are very fair for a clean room and comfortable, clean bed.
