The property was nice. However, when we arrived we didn't have any power. We had to get dressed and ready in the dark. We had to walk up three flights of stairs to our room. When I requested compensation for the inconvenience, I was told by the manager that they told us the power was out when we arrived. Well, of course you did because you couldn't hide it. I was then told we could have left and stayed somewhere else. We prepaid for our room. So we were expected to lose our money on this booking and then pay for another room somewhere else. After it all, I was compensated with hilton honors points. I didn't pay with points. I should've been compensated how I paid. Customer service is at an all time low. The property was nice one the power came back on though.
