If I could give them 6 stars I would! The hotel was beautiful and our room was clean and very comfortable, with a great bed. We liked it so much that we stayed at the Ivey's on our return to Charlotte the following week. From the receptionists (Justice & Christy) to the servers (Ashley and Thelma) at Sophie's, the staff at the hotel were so very kind, friendly and engaging. Would stay at the Ivey's again.

This hotel was great. Our connecting flight out of Charlotte was cancelled, and we had to spend an extra night in the city. We booked this hotel last minute, and couldn't have been more pleased. The staff was fantastic, and really made us feel genuinely welcome and appreciated in a way that you don't much see anymore. Also, our flight out wasn't until later in the evening, and rather than make us pay extra for a 4 PM checkout, told us about a lounge area that is seldomly used, and arranged for us to have access well past our check-out time. All in all, it was a great experience, and I would gladly stay there again.

This hotel was amazing. Clifton, who was always on the floor, is truly one of the nicest people i have met in a while. He often asked if there was anything I needed. I do not travel often, so this was a treat! Everything and everyone was just at my fingertips for any of my needs. Justice was my first contact on the phone when I booked. I was happy to meet her in person when checking in. She did a wonderful job. The decor was a art deco theme. It was just great! I am an artist, and deco is a favorite. I strongly recommend the Ivey hotel in Charlotte. Thanks all, Jill Denmon.

We stayed at the Ivey’s and had breakfast at Sophia’s lounge. The hotel was beautiful, unique, and clean. Ashley and Theresa were our servers at breakfast. The service and food were amazing. We’d love to come back the next time we come to Charlotte!

The boutique feel, rooms are very nice , like the tub and Shower in the room
Pleasant soft music in the rooms
And how the hotel has a nice scent throughout :)
And having Sophie’s lounge downstairs was nice for breakfast :)
