This hotel was a great find with just a few glitches. We were traveling to Charlotte to see family and based on location, price and prior reviews we picked this Hilton property. The Thursday before our Saturday arrival I called to see if early check in might be possible. I had a great conversation with Kat who advised me to call back Saturday morning, which I did. I began calling on Saturday around 8am and over the next two hours I tried to call more than 20 times. Each time my call was disconnected by the hotel's system after being on hold for two minutes (after listening to the options). Every call was disconnected at exactly 2 min 32 seconds after being answered by the machine. Since we could not get a response, we delayed our departure to arrive around 3pm. When I got to the front desk I had the chance to meet Kat and what a gem she is. Love the positive, high energy attitude. Kat made me feel welcome and helped elevate my mood. Bravo Kat. The hotel is great, with a very friendly staff. The pool looks great, but since the temps were in the 60s decided not to try. The room was very clean and nicely appointed with a chair, microwave, mini-fridge. My only real complaint with with the coffee service. First the light over the coffee maker area was burned out, but more importantly, the lids and the coffee cups did not match. Okay - I know this is a very small thing, and there is coffee service in the lobby, but if you wanted to make a cup to go from your room, it wasn't possible as the lids were too large. Now, having written that - if that's the only real complaint we had on the room and hotel, that is really saying it was a great visit - and Kat made it even more fun, even though we couldn't get through to the hotel on Saturday morning. We will very likely use this hotel on our next visit to Charlotte to visit our daughter and her family.

1. The hotel is in a good location, located in the rich area. It shares the public resources of a building (such as parking lot) with Hilton Garden Inn, and has their own lobby and restaurant, which are managed in an orderly manner; 2. There is a commercial center within a 2-minute walk, with a Chinese restaurant (Baoding Restaurant) with good environment and dishes; 3. The room type design is large and comfortable, clean and hygienic; 4. Good service attitude; 5. There is a reminder when giving the room card for breakfast time, and the breakfast is rich in variety.

Clean spot that was very well located. Stayed for a couple nights while visiting family

We traveled to Charlotte for my 17 yr old daughter birthday. The hotel is next door to Southgate Mall. There's plenty of fine dining within walking distance of the hotel & the hotel has a nice restaurant in it as well. Room was spacious & clean. We also enjoyed time at the pool. I would book again for sure.

New hotel, good near South Park, the room is slightly smaller, the weekend price is high, the party downstairs at night, a bit squeaky, parking for 5 knives a day

We loved everything about our stay in Charlotte. We are long time lifetime titanium elite members so we’ve stay in countless hotels over the years. This hotel was one of my favorites. The beds were comfortable, rooms were quiet and the concierge lounge was well stocked with snacks/drinks all day. We will definitely return to this hotel in the future.
