Amazing Hotel

We loved it. This is the second time we have been there and we are always very well received and served.

It is a very good establishment, with spacious, bright, comfortable rooms. I have returned several times, and always with the same level.

Hotel is well located, a stone's throw from the centre and next to the riverside promenade. Nice pool, with towel service and cafeteria. Although the water was a bit cold and the children splashed too much by jumping in and out. Very complete and varied breakfast. Recommended.

The room's window, in addition to not opening properly, was completely dirty, we couldn't even see outside, in addition to the lack of empathy from the hotel and its staff, as soon as we checked out they said we couldn't stay in the hotel or in the hotel pool. ! In their own words, “at most you can stay for half an hour” completely ridiculous, we went to Chaves to take advantage of the good weather and heat, we chose a hotel with a swimming pool as ALL allow customers to stay until the end of the day. Your arrogance earned you a 0 rating from me! I ended up leaving without even enjoying the pool! Completely horrible, I don't recommend it.

Beautiful and comfortable environment

This hotel is well situated and has spacious rooms and we were able to park our motorbikes outside the front entrance. WiFi and TV was good. However there were a few not so good points. Housekeeping was poor. We had to ask for basic amenities and the bathroom had a bad smell. Breakfast choices were limited and there was no variety.

Travelling from Santander ( H O G) to Faro, we decided to visit Chaves and stay at this Hotel. The reception staff were friendly and helpful,loved the availability of the underground parking, The Room was immaculate and very comfortable, although no iron in Room and be careful if you are going to take a Bath, very slippery! Would have loved to use the pool but it was out of use during our duration! Breakfast was spot on, plenty of choice, overall experience was a very pleasant and positive one! Chaves well worth a visit!

Very well received, kind and dedicated staff, we travelled on a motorcycle which was aloud to stay in the front of the hotel, where it was safe. The room was very nice and quiet. The shower was very good, the breakfast exceeded the expectations.
