Amazing Hotel

Excellent hotel, everything perfect, clean, good breakfast, wonderful staff

Well located, very close to the historic center and a pleasant park by the river. Very good price-quality ratio. Quite clean and well maintained.

The room's window, in addition to not opening properly, was completely dirty, we couldn't even see outside, in addition to the lack of empathy from the hotel and its staff, as soon as we checked out they said we couldn't stay in the hotel or in the hotel pool. ! In their own words, “at most you can stay for half an hour” completely ridiculous, we went to Chaves to take advantage of the good weather and heat, we chose a hotel with a swimming pool as ALL allow customers to stay until the end of the day. Your arrogance earned you a 0 rating from me! I ended up leaving without even enjoying the pool! Completely horrible, I don't recommend it.

Very well received, kind and dedicated staff, we travelled on a motorcycle which was aloud to stay in the front of the hotel, where it was safe. The room was very nice and quiet. The shower was very good, the breakfast exceeded the expectations.

I went to Chaves and decided to stay at this hotel because another one was no longer available. It turned out to be an excellent decision. The rooms are good; the common areas are very good; the availability and friendliness of the staff is impeccable; and they were kind enough to offer me breakfast, which wasn't included in the booking. What's more, the price is fair, especially considering the quality of the space and the services. Congratulations! You've won a customer.

Very comfortable room and pleasant lobby and seating areas. Good parking, convenient access and a short walking distance from cafés and restaurants. Prices good at the time of year (early October). Staff pleasant and helpful. Restaurant quite pricey but looks nice and had a good menu.

Great location near the river and the castle. All I like in a hotel - sober, modern, all need amenities that I need. good room, well organized. good wifi! There’s going to be an indoor pool. It will be perfect!

We had passed Chaves many times on the autovia on previous visits to N Portugal but never visited. This, our first visit, was very enjoyable, especially our night spent at the Premium Hotel. Not pre-booked but just dropped by. Very pleasant reception staff who managed to give us a disabled persons equipped room as my wife had in the last week or two an operation for a fractured ankle and was on crutches. Room very comfortable and in the morning the best breakfast selection we have ever had in any hotel be it 5* or other. In addition they have free underground garage parking . Can hearterly recommend this hotel to anyone entering N Portugal from Spain looking for a pleasant stopover.

On our tour in the north of Portugal, we chose to spend one night at the Hotel Premium. The location of the hotel is very central, it is, among other things, very well visited. The staff is super friendly and helpful, the rooms are large and very nice, with equipped with a safe, flat screen TV, etc. For dinner it is not necessary to look outside, because the hotel has a very nice restaurant where you can enjoy delicious food. You can eat at democratic prices and are served very good quality of food. Here again very personable and friendly staff, we opted for the "Rodizio", delicious, it had been years ago that we had enjoyed this dish. In short, our stay was super good and certainly worth repeating.
