I am very disappointed in the rooms. we booked several rooms, because it was close to my daughters wedding reception. my room had old food in the fridge and the bathroom was not clean.by the way, I clean houses for a living so i always leave a tip, but i could not because it was that bad. my sisters room had milkshake spilled on her chair as well as something spilled on the carpet. none of the rooms we booked were vaccumed, also her bathroom was not clean. my aunt from out of town had hair on her bed,old food in her fridge as well.i am truly surprised being someone who had cleaned hotel rooms. no one is checking the rooms i am completely embarrassed for my out of town guests who had to experience this. they also could not be moved to a different room because the hotel was booked. the only positive thing i can say is the pizza in bar restaurant was good and the food. hopefully the manager or head person for house keeping will check the rooms from now on

The location is very good, next to Macy's department store, within walking distance. Various chain restaurants nearby

We live almost 2 hours away, and stayed at Sleep Inn & Suites so our family of 4 could get a little extra sleep before an early morning flight out of BUF. We booked a room and parking package, which allowed us to leave our car in the hotel parking lot for an upcharge that amounted to half of what we'd have paid to park it at the airport. Our room (standard, 2 double beds) was not fancy, and the shower was very small, but it was clean, comfortable, and quiet, and everything was in good working order. Best of all, the breakfast offerings were set out early enough for us to have a delicious meal before we left, and our shuttle driver to the airport could not have been more cheerful or helpful. When we returned over a week later, late at night, the shuttle arrived to pick us up at the airport within minutes of our calling. We had such a good experience, we've already booked a stay for the night before our next family vacation!

Nice get away, place was clean and quiet! Shuttle service was great as we didn’t know the area and needed to move around without hassle. The beds were comfy and provided some of the best sleeps. Will visit sgain.

Great support from the staff. Our son got food poisoning from a restaurant on our way to Buffalo. After throwing up in bed at 3 am they brought us a change of sheets. The following morning they were kind enough to give us some saltines, and when he was feeling well enough for our outing they lent us a trash can with extra bags just in case. We felt like the staff went above and beyond in this situation. The room was clean, they had a sharps disposal for a medicine I had to take, there was minimal airport noise. We liked that there was coffee and hot cocoa 24 hrs a day in the lobby, and cookies in the afternoon. I also loved that the bathroom had ample sized drawers to hold our toiletries. My only negative feedback was that the breakdown, while comprehensive, was a bit bland and cold despite being in warming trays. We would definitely recommend a stay here.

Opposite Buffalo Airport, the hotel has a free bus transfer, which is very convenient. The room is large, but the decoration is old. There are car rentals on the side and a McDonald's. It is most convenient to go shopping or rent a car at an attraction. Overall good

My husband and I were very pleased with this hotel. I’ve traveled extensively around the world and experienced many different hotels from a dump to a top rated. This hotel property was immaculate and quiet, our room was spacious and spotless, beds were comfortable, and staff was courteous and pleasant. It is conveniently located near the airport and the shuttle is available. We will definitely stay at this hotel again when we visit Buffalo. I can wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anybody.

Very close to the airport, we were late for the plane that day, arrived at one o'clock in the morning, the hotel shuttle bus has been off work, call the front desk to let us take a taxi, the hotel is reimbursed, there is a taxi at the airport, so it went to the hotel very smoothly, the original Worried about the situation, the front desk staff was very enthusiastic and very satisfied. The hotel is in good condition in all aspects, very quiet, the room is a suite, very spacious, the price is not expensive, self-driving is recommended.

The room was a good size, very clean, and comfortable bed. I stayed on the 2nd floor and although you can hear people walking quite loudly on the floor above, it was still a pleasurable stay. Breakfast was great, and the attendant was incredibly kind and friendly!! Great staff.

BORDER CROSSING! I needed to cross at the border die to Covid restrictions in Canada. The hotel staff at check in and in the morning were great! The morning guy at the front desk recommended a taxi service that was Fantastic! (Frank at Airport Taxi Service) Frank drove me to my Drive-Through Covid test at Brighton-Eggert and back, then arranged another driver to take me across the border. Got my NAAT test result by email in just 40 minutes! Room was clean, etc etc. Due to Covid safety, The boxed breakfast is what it is - Can’t take away points because it’s not their normal business practice. It served its purpose giving me the fuel I needed to stay the day!
