酒店環境還可以，但是前台服務很差勁，退房後東西落在那裡，讓她給幫忙寄回來，説自己叫快遞，本店不提供這種服務。打回訪電話，跟她説了我的問題，回覆也不滿意，總之一句話我們店就這樣，不明白那還打什麼回訪電話呢。住過很多歡朋酒店，確實是服務最差的一個。希望能引起重視，與客户對接並不是衹會辦入住就行了，希望提升服務質量

設施：酒店很新，設施齊全完善，房間智能設備。
衞生：房間打掃很乾凈，衞生間也非常乾淨，床單被罩還不錯，挺乾淨。
環境：位於高鐵站附近，獨立停車場，酒店內酒店外的環境都不錯。
服務：意識很不錯，很好。
