Clean rooms. Relatively new hotel. The receptionist was very kind to upgrade my room. Thank you very much and I will visit again soon.

A well-designed and spacious room, well-appointed, modern, great bed - special mention for the toilet, spacious and thoughtfully designed. The overall property is good and well maintained, breakfast spread is pretty good with good variety and quality of food. As chengde is not a big city, it was easy and cheap to get cabs to go everywhere.

Staff were very friendly and the breakfast was good. The room was good enough for what we needed, but not spectacular.

Friendly and helpful staff (besides the unusual covid mafan that you get anywhere in China, especially as foreigners). Clean and modern rooms. Areas for improvement: the air conditioning in all our rooms was too warm: blowing out hot air even though it said 16°! And the breakfast is only passable.

The hotel is new, therefore very clean and tidy. The breakfast has plenty of choices, Chinese and Western style as well. The reception ladies are nice. Was no problem to communicate in English, especially with Summer. Her English is excellent and she is very kind and helpful. I will definitely stay there on my next trip to Chengde.

The location is good, right by the river. The room is nice and the service is great. They contacted me in advance and told me that the room I booked would be noisy because it faces the road. I don't sleep well, so I asked for a different direction. It was great to be able to think of such a contact number in advance. Because I had to catch the high-speed train early the next morning and couldn't have breakfast, the front desk was very considerate and helped me pack it. I will stay again.

The hotel is only a 10-minute drive from the South High-speed Railway Station and the Mountain Resort. It is by the Wulie River and you can see the light show at night. The room is clean and the breakfast is not very varied but filling. Overall, the price/performance ratio is acceptable.

I went to Chengde with my family and chose this Hilton Hotel. The location is easy to find. The hotel is clean, parking is convenient, the service is good, and the breakfast variety is relatively rich. Because it is not in the downtown area, it is quieter to sleep at night. Because the elderly need to rest after playing in the morning, I discussed with the front desk whether I can check out later. The front desk was very considerate and extended it for one hour. I would like to thank you again. The only problem is that there are fewer restaurant options nearby. The hotel also has a Chinese restaurant and the price is also OK.
