I passed by this hotel on a business trip. The ratings were good and the price-performance ratio was high. I chose to stay at Tiantai Hotel. The clean and spacious rooms, complete facilities, and thoughtful service made me feel like I was at home, warm and comfortable. The hotel's hardware and software facilities were very good, and the faucets and shower heads were all equipped with good brands, which shows that the hotel's taste is very good! There are public baths inside the hotel, and you can take a free bath with your room card. Overall, it is a hotel worth recommending!

I decided to stay for one night temporarily. It was very convenient to place an order with Ctrip. The room was clean and tidy and the space was large. The place was quiet and comfortable. Parking was convenient. There were many rooms. The restaurant in the hotel was delicious and large in quantity. It was delicious and not expensive. I recommend this lamb chop. This one The white ones are made of almonds, I can’t remember the name. The almond flavor is very strong and hot and delicious. We were eating very late and the waiter kept waiting. The location of the hotel is very suitable for wandering around. It is close to the Summer Resort (between Lizhengmen and Dehuimen). It is a courtyard style, with two entrances from the front and back, plus side rooms on both sides and several small houses similar to yurts. In the courtyard, begonias and other flowers and trees are in full bloom, with gray tiles and red walls, and the design is exquisite. There are tables and chairs in the courtyard in front of the room. If the weather is nice, you can drink tea or order takeout. It is very comfortable. Breakfast is served in the in-house kitchen restaurant, which is clean. There are not many varieties of food but the taste is comfortable. The kitchen lady is very enthusiastic (the bean buns made with self-made bean paste and the self-ground soy milk are both very good). It's great to come here during off-peak times. If you drive, navigate to the underground parking lot of the Mountain Resort (maximum charge is RMB 50 per day). You can park your car in Area C. There is a staircase for pedestrians to go up and down, which is closest to the B&B (100 meters).

The house price of 100 yuan is quite affordable. The tatami room for three adults and one child is just opposite Chengde Villa. The Lao Wu Yang Soup at the door is delicious. There are also many other restaurants. It is convenient for travel and free parking.

Chengde Mountain Resort Atour Hotel is unexpectedly good, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and the transportation is very convenient. The service attitude of the girls at the front desk is very good. They greet guests warmly every time and ask about the needs of the guests. A master in his 50s took the initiative to tell us the best tour route and how to take the bus. We basically previewed it for three days according to his suggestions, which saved a lot of trouble. The hotel also thoughtfully prepared ”late night porridge” for the guests. The porridge was well cooked and comfortable to drink. I will patronize it again next time I come to Chengde, and I will also recommend it to my friends.

Amazing location, mall and restaurants are just across the road. The walking track along river is opposite to hotel. So hotel is located in the heart of city and price they offered me was Value for money. Although its not star ranked hotel but they tried their best to facilitate.

Pros: - Helpful, responsive and friendly staff. - Delicious restaurant ! Love their food. - There are McD and BK nearby if you want to have fast food during the trip. Cons: - There was a gecko coming out from the tent in our parent child room. It went under the bed and we couldn't find it. The first night, I couldn't sleep because of afraid it would come to us. When we searched the gecko, we saw plastic and bottle under the bed. I guess they don't clean the room properly. Conclusion : Overall this hotel is good for us during our Chengde trip. We're happy.

The hotel room is large, clean and comfortable. It is very quiet at night. The front desk and customer service are very good. We drove here and there is free parking.

Perfect location in a walking distance to Chengde Mountain Resort and surrounded by many restaurants, shops and night market. All Staffs are very friendly and helpful. Mr. Xiao Long (小龙）helped me a lot and recommended many good sightseeing places and restaurants. Room is very spacious and clean with good facilities. Highly recommended!
