The location of the house is very good, there is a food street downstairs, and the food is delicious and affordable, but the service needs to be improved (for example, when we arrived at the accommodation building, we couldn't find where to check in. It said 1305, and we went to knock on the door (a foreign friend who came out to stay, fortunately they gave the landlord WeChat, and for other accommodations, the owner will take the initiative to add WeChat after booking and inform various precautions. This is difficult to contact, but it was solved later)). We booked together for 2 nights, and the paper towels given were a little insufficient. The hygiene of the room needs to be improved. There was a fishy smell on the floor when entering the door. Other things are okay! If there are elderly people, it is not recommended to live here, because the bathroom is downstairs and the bed is upstairs. It is not safe to go down the stairs, and the elderly find it troublesome, but other things are okay.

The room is warm and comfortable, and every detail reflects the hotel's care, allowing me to enjoy the comfort of home. The bedding is of high quality, soft and comfortable, allowing me to have a deep sleep every night and feel refreshed the next day. The sanitation in the room is excellent, and every corner is clean and tidy, making me feel at ease and comfortable.
The air conditioning in the room is excellent, and it can maintain a constant temperature whether it is hot summer or cold winter, making me feel very comfortable. The bathing facilities are complete and of high quality, allowing me to enjoy the bath while also feeling the hotel's emphasis on guest comfort. The service attitude of the front desk brother is very humble and polite, and he is serious and responsible in doing things. Next time, I will continue to choose to stay in their hotel

The room facilities are similar to the newly opened Hilton Garden Hotel, but the service attitude is better than there. For example: I went to experience the newly opened Hilton Garden Hotel. Although it is a five-star hotel, the temperature in the room is 32 degrees, and the smell in the room is very strong. I can't fall asleep. I can't go to the front desk to ask for it to be handled. The waiter also said that I don't know how to operate it. I said you call the maintenance engineer to take a look, and I think it will be fine when I come back. As a result, after returning to the hotel a few hours later, the room was still 32 degrees. After calling the front desk, I was told that the room 1113 had air conditioning and asked me if I could overcome it. Oh my God! The room was 32 degrees and the noise of the natural wind was extremely loud. How could I overcome it, so I asked to check out and returned to the Mercure Hotel. I feel that this place is still good, the air conditioning is powerful, and most importantly, there is almost no noise, so I will choose the Mercure Hotel in the future.

The location is very convenient. It's just outside Exit A of Shuangdian Road on Line 7. The room is clean and tidy. I felt like home after staying there for 4 nights. The air conditioning is sufficient and the washing machine is convenient! It’s very convenient to go to various scenic spots, but I forgot to take photos~

I am very satisfied with the hotel. Although it is a bit far from the city center, it is worth it because the room is large, the bed is large and comfortable, the toilet is clean and sanitary, there is a smart toilet, and there are small rooms. There should be.

Come to Chengdu for fun. Recommended by a friend. The room is really clean, spacious, and convenient for travel. There is a subway and delicious food downstairs. It only takes 10 minutes to go to Taikoo Li, Chunxi Road, and Kuanzhai Alley. You can walk to Vientiane City and the eastern suburbs. The memory is only a few minutes away. The lady boss is also very nice and arranges the bus. I really recommend it.

The location is great. It’s very close to the subway line 2/6, 5 min walking distance to the station. Easy to get there from the West high speed train station. It’s a bit difficult to find as there is no sign of the hotel. We contacted the stuff and they came to pick us up. I know Chinese so it was easy to communicate. There are also western restaurants nearby.
There is a fridge and a washing machine in the room which is a big plus. There even was a washing liquid.
The problem is that it’s an old place and not very clean, bedsheets are clean though. There is no soap and no conditioner.
Overall suitable for the budget travelers.

I arrived here late almost midnight from Songpan. The room is quite small comparing with the other night I booked. And I thought it is the same room type (could be wrong). But this room is at the conner of the building and not sufficient space to walk in the room.
Also at first I cannot find the luggage (had dropped before I went to Juizhaigoe) which at first I and hotel staff try to help find but cannot find it from store room. Eventually, luggage somehow braught outside of store room and put in the conner which is hard to notice. At the end young gentleman staff help located it which I think both he and I felt relieve : )

LLvsezhiziI stayed for two nights during the May Day holiday and was very satisfied! First of all, it is worth recommending that the service attitude is very good, and it takes all aspects of the guests into consideration. It makes guests feel at home, and the service is far better than that of a five-star hotel. Secondly, the environment is very good. It is located between two mountains full of bamboo forests. The garden design is great, and it has its own mountain trail and tea pavilion developed on one side of the mountain. The kids had a lot of fun playing in the garden and on the mountain trail. The room is a large Japanese tatami style, including goose*stone slabs in the room, which the kids love very much. Breakfast is served one by one, with a unique style. Dinner is a standard meal, very rich, and also suitable for kids. It's a pity that it rained for two days and I didn't see the fireflies. I will come to see the fireflies in July~

CChrissy_HankMy boyfriend and I stayed at the Crowne Plaza Chengdu Panda Garden during our visit to Chengdu. We were really impressed with how beautiful the hotel was and how friendly the staff was. Upon check-in, they upgraded our room to a very spacious panda room, and I must say, the view from our bedroom window was immaculate. The hotel provided a shuttle to go to the Panda breeding park. My only disappointment was I didn’t stay long, as our visit to Chengdu was short. Despite the hotel's location, I will highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Chengdu. I really love my stay, and I will definitely be staying back here when I revisit Chengdu.

JJaneyyy89This resort is nothing short of amazing and I would definitely rate this resort 10/10! I have a young toddler aged 18MO & elderly parents above 70YO during this stay and we absolutely loved our stay here. Value-for-money (we stayed during off-peak season, weekday, about RMB1000/night for our original room type), relatively new, clean & big rooms.
Some noteworthy details:
- Service is top-notched. Staff were friendly & very helpful. We could see that they really put in their heart into the work they do. They even gave our little one a panda toy & she loves it - a really nice gesture by the resort.
- The resort is located at Jintang, a hot spring precinct. With Trip.com, we booked the hotel bundle/package and it was fantastic. The key items in the package include:
(a) A free strawberry picking experience at a nearby humble farm called 许姐草莓采摘. Each booking entitles you to 500g worth of strawberries (transport at own expense, only about RMB10 by Didi). The strawberries were big and juicy, we were lucky cos they are in season now!
(b) 40-min Himalayan Salt Therapy/Bath for 1 pax/room
(c) Outdoor hot spring experience for the whole family (my 18MO loves it too!). There are many pools to choose from & we could find one which was not too hot for our baby. This is otherwise chargeable from RMB228/pax to RMB468/family of 2A1C.
(d) Bicycle rental, but we didn’t try it as it was too cold.
- Resort looks amazing, both indoors & outdoors! There were a number of activities for children to enjoy too but our naughty one is too young to appreciate it. Older kids will love them.
- We also loved the hotel’s concept of having complimentary bottles of distilled water etc. which is really important to us as we needed a lot of water for our baby’s food. This meant that that we did not have to go to the trouble of finding a supermarket, which is quite a distance away.
- We managed to snag a free upgrade to a Spring 2-Bedroom Villa due to our Accor Gold membership & it’s low peak season. All villas come with private pool - ours was available both on L1 & L2.
- Hotel uses quality furnishing & Toto toilet, definitely a plus. Water pressure is great too.
- We had all our meals at L’Orange as there are no nearby eateries & our time is limited due to our baby. The steamboat set is pricey but highly recommended! The fish & lamb meat (can be changed to beef at diner’s request) were fresh & really good. We liked all the other meat dishes too except for the dumplings. If you have Accor Plus membership, the usual discounts are available too. The hotel breakfast is also at the same restaurant. Breakfast selection was good even though there were not many guests.
Areas of improvement:
- Resort was able to provide a baby cot for our 18MO. However, the mattress was a little hard & the cot was creaky, it kept our baby awake.
- The air-con ventilation vents are directly above the baby cot and it became too cold for our baby in the middle of the night. Couldn’t adjust the temperature no matter what. The staff managed to made it warmer the following night but it resulted in some loud noises, probably issues with the damper.
- Rooms can be a little cleaner (e.g we saw dust balls on the floor).

GGuest UserDuring this trip to Chengdu, I was fortunate to stay at the Diaoyutai Boutique Hotel Chengdu. I didn't have high expectations before, but as we checked in, we all felt the hotel's sense of design and rich artistic atmosphere. This hotel is one of the 50 most worthwhile hotels in the country. We have experienced the No. 1 Beijing Yanbai Villa and have a very good impression. This hotel gives people a sense of seclusion in the bustling city as soon as they enter the door! The sound insulation is also amazing. Downstairs is the Kuanzhai Alley, with a constant stream of people. When the window is closed, there is no noise at all. Before checking in, the housekeeper Xiao Chen took the initiative to contact and ask about preferences. He prepared intimate small gifts, snacks, and drinks every day for three days of stay, which added a lot to our travel experience. When I left the hotel, I also gave a souvenir. The gift was light but the sentiment was heavy. I will stay here again next time I come to Chengdu.

GGuest UserWe had a great time in Chengdu and our stay at minyoun hotel helped make all the difference. It is quite a luxurious hotel with the reception on the 33rd floor and rooms even higher up meaning that all rooms came with an unobstructed view of the city skyline.
Location was also great being within walking distance ~7-10mins to taikooli (shopping area) and lankwaifong (bar/club area). It was also only 100/200meters away from a metro station which we honestly didn’t use, as taxis were all only 10-20rmb (~€2)
Finally the staff were excellent and particularly helpful at every request. Special shoutout to the 2 girls (apologies if we have the names wrong but Chris and Joy?), and Stefan Hu who took the time to suggest all the best places to visit around Chengdu - helping us add the locations to our maps and gifting us a tourist information notebook and panda!
We really enjoyed our stay at minyoun hotel and would highly recommend staying here. The staff brought our stay to another level, thank you ⭐️

YYenThe building just about 200m from People's Park Metro station and opposite the road of KuanZhai Alley. Plenty of eateries nearby. Reception is at 26 level. Check in very convenient & the room is keyless security. The unit has 2 rooms, 1 washroom and kitchen. Bed is comfortable, both king size. Both bed rooms have projector, but only can watch old movies for free. Moderate size of fridge can store drinks and food. Kitchen cannot cook, no utensils. Toilet & bathroom kinda limited space to move about, movement have to quite polite. Hahahaas. Corridor a bit dark, the light sensor not too sensitive. Recommended to stay here again. Thanks for accepting international tourists.

We got a free upgrade to a corner room that had a wider entryway. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Comes with a kettle however no mini fridge. GGuest UserThis is probably your best option in Chengdu. The rooms are really cute with a tatami style bed and they are clean. The water pressure is awesome and the room is quiet. The staff speaks English so it is easy to communicate and get help/info.
The hang around areas are nice and the roof top has a great view but the beers are a bit expensive for being a hostel.
Zoey that works in the reception is the best! She is super service minded and will help you with everything!
She helped us much more than expected from the hotel/hostel staff. Without her our visit would have been much less nice and more complicated.
The hostel should be super happy to have her and should do everything in the world to keep her! If we go back to Chengdu we would choose this hostel over a nicer hotel just because of the brilliant service, thanks a lot Zoey!
The laundry service upstairs works great and it is cheap but there is only one machine and you can hang your clothes there and they dry quickly or you use the dryer. We didn't have any issues waiting to use them etc.

HHana moriThe hotel name is rather deceiving. When I booked, I thought it was IHG's Holiday Inn, but it's actually not. The location is somewhere in the middle of a village near the airport, but luckily they provided free airport pick up service (For international tourists, it's best to get a local number to call the hotel). Due to construction works nearby, the distance to the airport took longer than expected. But, overall the stay is okay as the room is nice and comfy.
