Highly recommended! The location is very conspicuous and easy to find. There are all kinds of food and beverage stores next to the hotel, as well as bars, supermarkets and late-night snack stalls that can be eaten at any time. The room is clean and tidy, and the room is quite large. The bathroom and toilet are separate. You must choose this hotel for concerts! When checking in, you will be added to the group. There are several buses for pick-up. The group will remind you at any time when the bus is ready, and ask if anyone has not boarded the bus. The bus will leave only when it is full to ensure that no one is left. Fruit snacks and drinks are also sent to the room. It is easy to find the location of the bus on the way back. It was my first time to stay at Nihao Hotel, and it was also my first time to know that this brand is owned by Huazhu Club. The hotel is very new and the rooms are mainly equipped with smart devices. The most important thing is that I felt uncomfortable on the day I checked into the hotel. A young lady named Jiang took the initiative to bring me some medicine, which really makes me feel warm when I am on a business trip.

The room is clean, the facilities and equipment are also good. You can't tell that it has been opened for more than five years. It's all quite new. It's very close to Wanda Plaza and there is a big park. I will come here often when I return to Longquan. The service staff are very good and the breakfast is delicious👍👍👍

The hotel is good. The rooms are neat and clean. No big fuss frim the staff. Check in and chexk out was quite smooth.
Breakfast was quite mediocre. They dont refill the items as it gets over soon. So if you are in a hurry, u will have to leave with out it. Taste is also quite mediocre.
There are a lot of good retaurants close by and they serve some good food. Dumplings, barbeque, hot pot, noodles, etc.
Overall a good place especially if u have work in this part of town as there are not many standard hotels close by.

I came to the Dong'an Lake Stadium to watch Zhang Huimei's concert. I saw a recently opened hotel online. Their hotel is very beautifully decorated. There is a piano in the lobby. It's great for taking photos. It's suitable for internet celebrities to check in. Once you enter The lady at the front desk in the lobby served tea, which was very heartwarming. It was different from other hotels. Moreover, after checking in, the staff took her upstairs. I have only experienced this in 5-star hotels. The room comes with welcome fruit and laundry is free. Yes, the staff will help wash the room back to the room, which is really good news for lazy people. Room facilities: smart toilet. You don’t have to worry about freezing your butt in the winter~ It’s a pity that I didn’t use breakfast this time because it was too late. When checking out, the staff We also gave you hot mineral water, which is so considerate. Like it. Like it.

The floor is a blanket, and I generally like to feel that it is easy to breed bacteria. Nice hotel with good view of the lake. Room is large and comfortable. Ms Freya, the manager at the reception, is very kind and friendly with great service. The room service staff is very responsible and hardworking making sure the towels are changed and room is properly cleaned. Though the services and ambience of the hotel is great, the mattress of the bed can do better; I humbly suggest it is time to change new mattress. Overall, it has been a pleasant stay and look forward to stay in this hotel again.

GGuest User1) Subway station is 30 seconds right across the road.
2) Location is good because it is enveloped by a few famous narrow alleys selling handicraft, snacks, desserts, souvenirs, Chinese artwork etc, and have endless food stalls, coffee shops that surround the hotel, buzzing with activities all day till at least 11pm.
3) Hotel staff speak minimal English but they do understand it albeit not able to converse freely. Naturally using PTH is best.
4) Staff in the entire hotel are very friendly, courteous, pleasant and accommodating, trying to help in any way possible.
5) Bespectacled night manageress in a black suit was very welcoming and sweet. She offered to upgrade us when the room originally assigned for us was not as quiet as we had requested when we booked it. She led us to see the original one ( 2/F )and the other one ( the quieter one on 3/F ) and let us choose.
6) The upgraded room ( 3/F ) was a suite and it was really nice --- very quiet with courtyard view and tasteful lay out.
7) Cannot praise enough for the delightful suite -- spacious and elegant ; super clean ; smells nice , refreshing and just right not overwhelming ; white crispy bed linen ; daily turn down service; endless supply of fresh bottled water on daily basis ; spotless tumbler and fresh bottle of water by the bedside table every evening; everything you touch is spotless ; wooden flooring matching Chinese wooden furniture in simple design giving out this classy Chinese feel ; free to consume anything for the 1st time in the mini bar ; tea & coffee replenished daily ; kettle and coffee machine; free stationery like scissors, stapler, clips, pencil and pens etc; toiletries like vanity set, combs, toothbrush etc replenished daily ; spacious bathroom with double wash basins and clean white towels ; wash basins in rose gold but not tacky; shower drainage not smooth on 1st night but they fixed it and no prob thereafter ; water pressure from shower was good and plenty of marble top inside shower room for your own toiletries ; bathtub with fresh rose petals on 1st night and various types of bath salt ; big screen to watch telly while in tub ; separate toilet near living room; ample wardrobe space and power operated blinds and black out blinds. They provide steam iron on request but it would be better to have a proper flat iron if you want to press pants and other thicker harder material. Steam iron is only good for silk or plain cotton. Even linen is better with a flat iron.
8) This is a 100% Chinese ambience hotel from lobby to our suite but nothing is gaudy or ostentatious because everything is simple, no fuss, low-key, very clean, good architecture, functional and all colour combo is soothing to the eyes.
9) We ate at their restaurant the 1st night and food was ok -- dan dan noodles slightly overcooked so it was a bit mushy. Fried rice was a huge serving with fresh shrimps and nicely cooked. Tea could be hotter. Service was attentive, efficient and proper.

LLvsezhiziI stayed for two nights during the May Day holiday and was very satisfied! First of all, it is worth recommending that the service attitude is very good, and it takes all aspects of the guests into consideration. It makes guests feel at home, and the service is far better than that of a five-star hotel. Secondly, the environment is very good. It is located between two mountains full of bamboo forests. The garden design is great, and it has its own mountain trail and tea pavilion developed on one side of the mountain. The kids had a lot of fun playing in the garden and on the mountain trail. The room is a large Japanese tatami style, including goose*stone slabs in the room, which the kids love very much. Breakfast is served one by one, with a unique style. Dinner is a standard meal, very rich, and also suitable for kids. It's a pity that it rained for two days and I didn't see the fireflies. I will come to see the fireflies in July~

DDelboyThis was a first class experience at a first class hotel. Right from the start I was made to feel at home and was allowed to check in much earlier than 2pm which was ideal as I could freshen up before going to my future work place. In addition, complimentary breakfast was added to my reservation which again was a big bonus and the choices were fantastic. The grounds around the hotel are very nice to take a walk and the hotel is very near to many restaurants. The room itself was comfortable and great value for money and even having a bathtub was nice to use at the end of the day. This is a great place for anybody to stay and is family friendly which is convenient to go and see the pandas. All the staff were fantastic but I must mention Paul who really went that extra mile to make stay comfortable and even exchanged his Wechat in case I needed any help. His professional approach and English speaking ability is a great asset to the hotel. I will definitely be returning soon.

JJaneyyy89This resort is nothing short of amazing and I would definitely rate this resort 10/10! I have a young toddler aged 18MO & elderly parents above 70YO during this stay and we absolutely loved our stay here. Value-for-money (we stayed during off-peak season, weekday, about RMB1000/night for our original room type), relatively new, clean & big rooms.
Some noteworthy details:
- Service is top-notched. Staff were friendly & very helpful. We could see that they really put in their heart into the work they do. They even gave our little one a panda toy & she loves it - a really nice gesture by the resort.
- The resort is located at Jintang, a hot spring precinct. With Trip.com, we booked the hotel bundle/package and it was fantastic. The key items in the package include:
(a) A free strawberry picking experience at a nearby humble farm called 许姐草莓采摘. Each booking entitles you to 500g worth of strawberries (transport at own expense, only about RMB10 by Didi). The strawberries were big and juicy, we were lucky cos they are in season now!
(b) 40-min Himalayan Salt Therapy/Bath for 1 pax/room
(c) Outdoor hot spring experience for the whole family (my 18MO loves it too!). There are many pools to choose from & we could find one which was not too hot for our baby. This is otherwise chargeable from RMB228/pax to RMB468/family of 2A1C.
(d) Bicycle rental, but we didn’t try it as it was too cold.
- Resort looks amazing, both indoors & outdoors! There were a number of activities for children to enjoy too but our naughty one is too young to appreciate it. Older kids will love them.
- We also loved the hotel’s concept of having complimentary bottles of distilled water etc. which is really important to us as we needed a lot of water for our baby’s food. This meant that that we did not have to go to the trouble of finding a supermarket, which is quite a distance away.
- We managed to snag a free upgrade to a Spring 2-Bedroom Villa due to our Accor Gold membership & it’s low peak season. All villas come with private pool - ours was available both on L1 & L2.
- Hotel uses quality furnishing & Toto toilet, definitely a plus. Water pressure is great too.
- We had all our meals at L’Orange as there are no nearby eateries & our time is limited due to our baby. The steamboat set is pricey but highly recommended! The fish & lamb meat (can be changed to beef at diner’s request) were fresh & really good. We liked all the other meat dishes too except for the dumplings. If you have Accor Plus membership, the usual discounts are available too. The hotel breakfast is also at the same restaurant. Breakfast selection was good even though there were not many guests.
Areas of improvement:
- Resort was able to provide a baby cot for our 18MO. However, the mattress was a little hard & the cot was creaky, it kept our baby awake.
- The air-con ventilation vents are directly above the baby cot and it became too cold for our baby in the middle of the night. Couldn’t adjust the temperature no matter what. The staff managed to made it warmer the following night but it resulted in some loud noises, probably issues with the damper.
- Rooms can be a little cleaner (e.g we saw dust balls on the floor).

YYenThe building just about 200m from People's Park Metro station and opposite the road of KuanZhai Alley. Plenty of eateries nearby. Reception is at 26 level. Check in very convenient & the room is keyless security. The unit has 2 rooms, 1 washroom and kitchen. Bed is comfortable, both king size. Both bed rooms have projector, but only can watch old movies for free. Moderate size of fridge can store drinks and food. Kitchen cannot cook, no utensils. Toilet & bathroom kinda limited space to move about, movement have to quite polite. Hahahaas. Corridor a bit dark, the light sensor not too sensitive. Recommended to stay here again. Thanks for accepting international tourists.

Walk straight for 10 minutes then u can spot the famous IFS panda, super convenient. Although it is located at city but cannot here any sound at all! Super comfy bed as well. Btw, they even gave us the super cute panda headband on the day we left.

Reception was friendly especially Lucy, she helps me switch to single room due to I'm not familiar with sharing rooms with strangers 👀

We stayed in a private room, which was nice! The room itself was clean, stylish, and comfortable. The bathrooms were also nice! Just sometimes no hot water for showering at night. Overall really good hostel, would definitely come back! Oh and lots of good restaurants and convenient stores around.

We arrived late past 12am, the person who picked us up came on time, however, a heads up would be well appreciated as the way to the hotel was a dark, unlit, small road. We were all alert and concerned about where we were heading. A real scare!! Other than that, everything is okay for a night stay.
