酒店地理位置好，早餐也適合小朋友。訂的是家庭房，一家四口完全睡得開。每天18:30酒店大堂馬刀開香檳，酒店特色，配樂是酷玩樂隊，分了兩杯，下次來還會定瑞吉。

酒店位置很好，太古裏春熙路跟前。總體服務不錯，雖有些小瑕疵也屬正常，誰又能做到十全十美呢？畢竟是人不是機器。總體挺好的！早餐也也不錯！

衹能説很失望.從重慶來福士洲際過來.對比天差地別.房間很舊.空調也轟隆隆響.説做除臭處理不知道噴的什麼香的人頭暈.對面很近就是一棟大樓.為了私密性窗簾衹能拉着很壓抑.凌晨1點房間異響震動.連燈都在晃.打了幾個電話給管家.最開始説是樓上設備問題要我等20分鐘就好.後面很不情願説給換房.問題是凌晨1點.我們都睡了.行李也要收.誰願意動.隨便派個小員工上來.一點誠意也沒有.我們要求經理出麪結果就是送早餐.真的很搞笑.第二天也沒有任何人表示歉意.而且中午12點.房間異響又開始.非常生氣！

房間硬件設施都非常好，是為數不多房間裏用水晶吊燈的酒店，床品很舒服，酒店環境也超級好，周邊有很多美食。前台Chloe也非常棒，服務到位。
