Regarding the old room, the staff explained that too many families with children stayed during the summer vacation, but would the children damage the air conditioning cooling function? We wasted time moving our luggage to change rooms late at night and delayed our trip. The new room was not much better. There was hair on the floor when we entered the bathroom, the air conditioner was dripping, and the room lock fell out, as shown in the picture. We also paid extra to book a show and souvenirs.
