我最近入住了 這間 世茂成都茂御酒店，對酒店的設施和清潔工人的工作表示讚揚。酒店的設施非常完善，房間寬敞舒適，游泳池和健身房也讓人感到很放鬆。此外，清潔工人對待工作非常認真，房間保持得一塵不染，讓我感受到良好的環境。
然而，遺憾的是，我在辦理入住和詢問問題時，前台的客戶服務員態度卻讓我感到非常失望。她的表現不僅不友善，還顯得有些冷漠，這影響了我對整個入住經驗的感受。
希望酒店管理層能夠注意到這一問題，並加強前台服務的培訓，讓顧客在享受設施和清潔服務的同時，能夠感受到更友好的接待。
