First, when I booked, I thought the whole building was this hotel, but when I got there, I found that the lobby was on the 5th floor; second, the facilities were old and the sound insulation was particularly poor; third, the most unbearable thing was the toilet, it was difficult to flush a large stool, and there was no exhaust fan in the bathroom, so the smell lingered for a long time. Just imagine how bad it was! On the second night, I found that the bath towel was missing. I saw it hanging on the bathroom door when I went out. I asked the housekeeping staff and they said they didn’t see it. I looked around and found it under the floor towel! I was really speechless. Even if I accidentally touched it on the floor while cleaning the room, could you please pick it up? There is no way I would touch the floor towel on the second day of my stay! Anyway, I will not stay here again next time!
