Nice studio apartment not far from the city center. It is located right next to the metro. I lived on the 14th floor, but they have other apartments. The apartment has everything you need. There is even a stove, but there are no kitchen utensils.

The location is very good, close to the subway station, shopping mall, and food.
Too noisy, horns blaring constantly. The TV remote control doesn't work. There is no need to have too much furniture. It seems to be just for storing groceries.

The environmental sanitation services are very average... The sound insulation is not good either. I just prefer high floors. You need to transfer to the elevator. You can go directly to another freight elevator, but it will pass through the garbage disposal. The sanitation of the elevator is also very average...
