Hotels in Tianfu Square/Chengdu Museum, Chengdu

A very clean and good service hotel, every hotel crew is super friendly. Feel welcome here, the location is great just near the shopping area. Walk straight for 10 minutes then u can spot the famous IFS panda, super convenient. Although it is located at city but cannot here any sound at all! Super comfy bed as well. Btw, they even gave us the super cute panda headband on the day we left.

I was honestly so shocked staying here, it exceeded my expectations. A huge bed with a great window. A massive bath tub, all the amenities you need, and in the heart of taikooli. Definitely would stay again. I travelled solo but it would be a great place to stay as a couple

I recently stayed at this hotel and found it to be a mixed bag of experiences. The location is absolutely fantastic, making it easy to explore the surrounding area and access key attractions. There are plenty of options for breakfast, which was a pleasant surprise, catering to a variety of tastes and preferences. In terms of value, I felt that the hotel was worth the price, especially given its prime location and the amenities provided. However, it's worth noting that the decoration and overall aesthetic of the hotel felt quite dated. While everything was clean and functional, a refresh would certainly enhance the overall experience. Overall, a good stay with some room for improvement in terms of decor.

I love my experience with this hotel: the location is nice, front desk is nice, facilities are really nice, except the cleanliness, it is clean, but inside the room smells like cigarettes (and it sticks to the sheets too!) They also have a proper storage area for your luggage if you want to leave it while going around. Overall, I am happy with this hotel and I highly recommend it. ^_^

if you are looking for the boutique hotel in the middle of shopping district, this is the hotel you should consider. it’s located on Chunxi road which surrounded by shopping malls and fashion stores. the hotel looks no different from the photos so you can ensure that you there won’t be any surprises upon your arrival. the room has enough space for bug luggages. it’s clean and ac works well. although staff didn’t communicate much in english, they were willing to help via wechat. on yop of that, delivery robot was cool! hotel also offers good breakfast.

Very pleasant and friendly staffs. The room was very clean. Was facing some issues with our AliPay access and one of the helpful staff (Mazie) managed to resolve and address to all our need. Very patience and extremely helpful. Very grateful of her patience and guidances. We hv just booked our next stay here after our tibet Trip.

The receptionist was very enthusiastic and the thoughtful service left a deep impression. I will still choose this hotel next time and the location is convenient near Tianfu Square Station (Exit E), the room is comfortable and hygienic, and they are willing to provide all kinds of help. Appreciated with helping us to solve the problem of taxi booking. Especially the receptionist name “Xiao Ling”, she is very supportive and good service mind. Thank you!

The room is clean and comfortable, the service provided by receptionist, 小孙 is good, the breakfast also good. Location near chunxi road, in front the hotel also got a bus station. Recommended.

I really enjoyed my stay. The manager was very very kind and ready to help. She not only provided me with useful information about the city but also responded to my inquiries right away. I am truly grateful. The room was spacious. The location was good too. Shopping malls are nearby. I would like to stay here again if I visit Chengdu again in the future. Thank you!

My arrival at the hotel was pleasant and the lady at the reception was very nice. It also wasn’t a problem for my friend and I to check in separately for the same room. The room itself was fine for the price. Maybe a little old but everything worked and was clean enough (except for maybe one or two black hairs on the bed and provided slippers, that were still packed in plastic, that definitely didn’t belong to my friend or me) and the bed very comfortable. The only problem we had was that the pipes of seemingly all rooms above ours ran through our ceiling and we constantly heard the sound of water running, which was bearable because we didn’t spend much time in the hotel but might be very annoying in the long run. But the location of the hotel was great and what probably makes it worth its money! The subway station is just about ten minutes away and most sights can be reached very easily. There’s plenary of restaurants and little shops in the area and bigger shopping area, such as the famous ChunXi Road (春熙路）can also be reached by foot in under half an hour, no problem. If you’re looking for a cheap hotel with a good location I think this is a fair offer and I would be willing to book again, as overall our stay was pleasant.
