Content: This hotel is very big, with a swimming pool and a water park. The children had a lot of fun there. It is only a few minutes’ walk to the beach. The room is quite spacious. Jidong at the front desk provided good service, the check-in procedure was fast, and the porter could also help with the luggage. The only regret was that I didn’t get to have breakfast. I don’t know how it is. I must try it next time I go there. It is worth recommending!

There were some minor incidents during the booking process. Ctrip and the hotel were very active, enthusiastic and patient in helping to solve them. They lived up to expectations and let the children get together as they wished. Every child was very happy and didn't want to leave the hotel to play somewhere else. They also agreed to come here again next time.

This hotel could be a perfect getaway for couples if they were more focused on the spa part. The hot springs next to each building are really nice and hot. The lighting however could be more inviting instead of cold white. Also the wooden walkways could use a prep up. The Spa itself looks really inviting, but during our stay, there was only one masseur available. So no partner massage possible, even though it was 2 bed massage rooms. Also the massage was quite pricey with just about 700¥ per hour. The breakfast was OK. Nothing to really look forward to as European, but edible and coffee was available. Additionally, there is a fresh fruit plate for the room each day. The staff (not speaking any english) tried it's best. Lastly, the hotel is quite remote. There is really nothing much to do in the near surrounding. So have a car ready or settle for a taxi ride for 30 minutes to Haikou city...

Facilities: On the first night after arriving at the hotel, I found that the ventilation fan in the bathroom upstairs and downstairs was broken. The bathroom was stinky. I wanted to call the front desk to fix it, but I didn't expect that the phone in the room couldn't be reached. At this time, I felt a little bad. Later, the sanitation aunt contacted someone to repair it, and it came very quickly. She climbed up and recorded a video to show me that the ventilation fan was only low-power and working, so forget it. I checked the phone to see that the network cable was loose, but I still couldn't get through by myself. In the next few days, I called someone to fix it, but I still couldn't get through to the front desk. Hygiene: Praise the auntie who does hygiene. Her service attitude is very good. She even offered to give me brown sugar ginger tea when I had a cold. There were too many mosquitoes in the room, and even plugging in electric mosquito coils didn't work. The children were bitten all over. Environment: The layout of the duplex sea view room is very unreasonable. The most obvious thing is that the shower rooms upstairs and downstairs are transparent, which is very inconvenient for a family of young and old. The lighting design of the room is also unreasonable. For people like me who have trouble sleeping when there is little light, it is too uncomfortable. The light upstairs will completely affect the downstairs, which will seriously affect my sleep. Service: The service is generally good, but the hardware equipment is not good and the room design is unreasonable. The room rate includes 2 breakfasts. For a room that can accommodate 4 people, the other two people need to pay for themselves. This is unreasonable. It is 98 per person. There are not many types of buffet. I booked five days and four nights and ate the buffet for four days. I got tired of it in the end. The key is that there are no other options near the hotel. All in all, it is recommended to consider it appropriately when traveling as a family.

The hotel is located in the center of the hotel. It is in the software park, less than 3 kilometers away from the old town high-speed rail station. It takes 10 minutes from Leiqiong Volcano Geopark. The location is good. You can park downstairs. The room is clean. The front desk staff is very good. The delivery is still used for robots, very smart. The breakfast was very rich.
