Budget hotel and overall stay it’s good. Hotel located near by arumpakkam and cmbt. Morning breakfast was not that much good but okay. Room was clean.

Hot water availability appreciated one intercom facility in the room appreciated room was very clean
good service by the team soap was available. A small paste was there would have been good.

Room was good and spacious. Ac was working properly. Staff was cooperative and cordial and helpful. At walking distance from koyambedu.

Room was in a dilapidated state. Tv never worked. Staff was friendly. Allowed me to sit in lobby for some time. Corridors were untidy and unclean. Will never advice anyone to stay there.

The guest house worst condition. Rest room very dangerous position all are against the sanitation rules. We vacate the guest house at about 9. 30 a. M
