Such a terrible hotel. We booked the hotel a month ago and upon arrival, the security welcomed us with a sulky face saying no rooms. We showed our booking ID and finally gave us our rooms. Room has a mushy smell and bed sheets stained. The bidet hose reel handle came off and water splashed. Never had such experience in any hotels before. We had to pay $50 rupees for 3 bottles of water which we didnt request. Please step into this hotel
