Hotel was neat and clean. Staff behavior was good. But i didn't find a few of the amenities mentioned. Overall stay was good.

Location-easy accessible
cleanliness- negative five out of ten( -5/10. Washroom- too small and dirty. Staff- good
zero network coverage for jio and vi
wifi- good
no damn option for adjusting fan speed, having told my concern at reception, his reply was its broken, also plug in points were broken. Bed, pillow and sheet- 3/10
door and windows cant be locked properly.

Very close to central, at prime location. There is hot water. Poor in maintenance. No restorent in the premises. Over all stay was safe n fine.

The receptionist behaviour is very bad. Don't know how to behave. Looks like we are going to take a loan from him. No respect. Room was just ok. Not recommend for tourists.

it’s good receptionist very good staff too polite room is too hygienic for further stay i’ll prefer this property and i’ll suggest my friends for this property whenever they visits chennai really i’m enjoying my stay and booking with make my trip 😍💯
