Good hotel, pleasant stay, staff behavior nice

highly not recommended old broken cupboard, no toiletries, and won't allow guests inside, and very unclear about check in and check out timings costing me an extra 1000rs.

Room was ok, bathroom no clean enough bucket was giving bad impression, tv not working.location is good and easy.

The hotel was great, the location was close to the eye hospital. The small drawback was there were no hotel soaps, shampoos. Also there was no kettle for hot water and no room service for bringing food up in the room. All the above needs to be introduced at shri villi residency.

Location - easily accessible, approximately 4 kms from chennai central railway station, not a problem. Attached pure vegetarian restaurant in the adjacent building. Room - beds, linen, blanket, pillows are fine. Seating - available, 2 cushioned chairs. Floor cleanliness - decent wardrobes - present, no locker. No kettle, tea powder, sugar, etc washrooms - cleanliness is okay - but very poor maintenance, that makes it look shabby - hot water was available, good job. Room service - not prompt - phone was not getting connected to the reception staff - decent, very generous and kind

Rooms are in poor condition, toilets are pathetic, screen provided in toilet are full of fungus. Called 3 times and waited for almost 3hrs to get the towel and other bathroom stuffs. I have stayed in this hotel 2. 5years before that time it was maintained good. Not worth to stay

Got good neat room. Hotel placed at good location.

Very unfriendly staff. Since i booked through you guys n not directly. No support whatsoever. There wasn't a glass to drink water. Do i need to say more!
