Full insects in the room no water for drinking at night and no service no one picks call and response for any request very bad management breakfast food not good all items were cold and no person was there to attained in the break fast time very bad experience of my life

Room hygiene - very poor, behavior of staff - horrible. For activating tv one has to keep on reminding reception team if one should be lucky enough to get activation before vacating the room. No restaurent. Politeness/hospitablity - unknown to the staff of the hotel.

Worst hotel in Chennai Chromepet. There are a lot of cockroaches in the room, and the bedsheets were not replaced. The room and hotel area are poorly maintained. Will not book this hotel again.

Simple and comfortable stay. Closer to airport helped to stay for shorter time to pass the transit duration. AC was good, local TV channels were available. Only thing to improve is the bathroom hygiene and insect free..

No proper ac and hotel is with foul smell near the lift. And see lot of cockroaches in staying room. No proper toilet tidyness and exhaust is not working properly. Overall not satisfied with the stay.
