Rooms are dirty and smells badly. Suite rooms size is very small. Not worth for money.

Hotel is exactly at the triplicane junction, good for commuting in the city. Rooms were clean. The only problem we faced was cockroaches, lot of them when the lights are turned off. We called the reception to do something about it, they said they would send someone to control the pests, but no one came. Service is slow sometimes. Giving 3 star for all this reasons. Please do pest control else you will be losing customers.

Almost half of the things in the room, eg. Telephone, Air Conditioner, sockets etc. were not working. Poor staffing.
