這個酒店真是太差了，房門鎖都破損了，感覺使勁一推就能打開，前台服務員更差勁，信用卡機器壞了要手動輸入信用卡訊息，他輸錯了號碼説讓我給銀行打電話，真是無語，讓他再試試一副不情願的樣子，然後再輸一遍就通過了，酒店就在一個消防站旁邊，美國的消防車出警次數特別多，窗户不隔音，半夜被和早晨都被消防車巨大的噪音打擾。給安排到電梯門口的房間，早上被電梯蜂鳴聲吵醒，應該是有人長時間阻擋電梯，電梯警報聲，太差勁了

Specs of blood on bed linen. Decided not to stay for health and sanitary reason in addition to safety concerns. Management lied initially saying I needed to recouped the funds from *******. I gave them the benefit of the doubt to be honest. After calling *******, I learned since I paid at the location, the hotel were to fully refund me. I called the hotel back to report the initial dishonesty and determine the status of the refund. I was told I was still going to be charged although I did not stay. They also added unauthorized charges.
This place really needs city and state inspections. Thankfully, I work in legal and understand the law. I will be getting my money back.
The morning Manager on duty was unprofessional to say the least. The night manager was deceptive. Not worth the headache. Although you may have to pay more, find somewhere to stay that offers better quality and a honest professional staff.
I do not recommend.

The hotel is worn with wear & tear and stains. The sheets and towels were clean. The staff is very nice and professional.

It’s looks like they are trying to update the property. There is just a long way to go. Cabinets in rooms were pulled out from the walls paint coming off the bathroom walls. It’s was clean (as is no bugs, dirt and grime). Doors locked and were safe but a lot of wear and tear. I hope their renovations work well.
