Staff were really helpful and accommodating! Even after checkout, they allowed us to leave our bags and shower before we had to head off later in the afternoon. Location is good and I would definitely recommend.

The only thing I am not satisfied with is that the check-in processing order at the front desk is not standardized. Once I checked in at night, and a family of four came later. The man stood in front of the front desk and I was on the side. Because I arrived first, according to the rules, I should be checked in first, and then go to the other hotel. But the front desk checked in for that hotel first and made me wait... I don’t like to talk much when traveling alone, otherwise I will argue with you, so I hope that your hotel will handle check-ins according to the rules and order in the future, and manage them more standardized.
