The hotel environment is good, the place is bright and clean, and it feels like the hotel has been designed with care. The room is tidy, but the bathroom is relatively narrow. It would be better if the room could provide washcloths and a bathroom door, and increase the shower water pressure. The breakfast was very comfortable, but there were a lot of flies in the area, and a lot of food was not covered, so the flies were mixed with the food.

The hotel is average, the sanitary conditions are average. The soundproofing is really poor, and there are a lot of foreigners. Not recommended. I think it is still expensive compared to other hotels of similar price in Chiang Mai. Not cost-effective

The hotel design is excellent. The room is spacious, clean, lobby is cute, the breakfast service is one of the best at the price you pay. The service is very good, the staff is very responsive. It will take you quite many steps however to reach top spots around "old city" area from the hotel. But overall experience is outstanding

Boutique hotel, clean and well designed. The only drawback is that it only provides bath towels, no disposable slippers, and no full-length mirror. The rest is ok.
