The room was clean and tidy, the bathroom was spacious, with a bathtub and shower, the water was very big and comfortable! The breakfast was very rich, the swimming pool was very suitable for children to play, and the pool bar was reasonably priced. The only drawback was that the air conditioner was quite loud and the bathroom ventilation equipment was not powerful! It was a very good experience! I will stay again!

Average hotel. The food is good. The staff is nice. What I find abusive is that they charge to enter the pool, which has 2 very simple slides, and they sell it to you as a water park... it's very annoying 😧😧😧😧... another thing I don't understand is that, for the large space that a Standard room has, they are not able to offer an extra bed for children. And they prefer to leave that space unused... it doesn't make sense, it won't be because of space problems!!! If it's a hotel for families, where are the breakfasts for children??? This is how they promote Western family tourism??? 🤦🏼🤦🏼 In addition, I had to pay for my son's breakfast when there were 3 of us in the room... it's incredible, only 2 adult breakfasts were included in the price... a disgrace.

This hotel is absolutely amazing. Great service staff every single one. The food is delicious. Good activity for families such as water park, kudos club, spa, cafe, fitness. It’s very clean and we’re having fun staying there so much.

The service is very good, and the instructions for opening the door to get the luggage elevator are very comprehensive. We checked in on Monday, and there were not many people. The swimming pool under the rainbow after the rain by the river at sunset is great! You can also run around the hotel, which is very pleasant. It is very close to the night market, 2KM.
