Our favorite family friendly hotel in Chia Yi! It has alot of facilities that are kid friendly like a big kid zone, caoursel, racing car, and a big grass field for children to run around. The room is quite big and also have big beds to accommodate the children.

The appearance of the hotel is quite new, the interior is a bit old, but the room is large, the overall environment is clean, the counter staff is friendly, the location is acceptable, there is a 24-hour Xiaobei Department Store across the road from the hotel, it is very convenient for temporary purchase, and there are restaurants and stores nearby 3 minutes away. Convenience stores are far away. In addition, there are not many parking spaces in the hotel. Before entering the parking lot, you need to wait for the hotel to arrange, so you may face the situation of no parking space. Drivers need to consider it. The hotel's soundproofing equipment is ordinary. Breakfast is self-service. The dishes are basic. style. Only 1 room card is provided, which is very inconvenient for people with colleagues to enter and exit. I am not sure if I can ask for one more? The location is very new Chiayi Railway Station though we were not able to use the station since we use HSR. We had to park in a supermarket parking lot three blocks away because the 20 spots the hotel provided were full 6) full of screaming children. Not sure what special might be going on but hotel full of yelling families and screaming kids running around. 7) in the middle of nowhere. You can’t get anywhere interesting by foot and there are no taxis 8) And to top it all off, it’s not cheap! It’s actually one of the more expensive hotels in town

This trip is for a class trip to Chiayi. The location of the hotel is away from the noisy urban area and not far from the city. There are electric ubikes available for rent nearby. You can ride along Minquan Road to the lively urban area and move around the city on a ubike. Quite convenient. The room is spacious. It is convenient for travelers to start the day after breakfast. The breakfast is simple but rich. The services we received at the price we booked are very cost-effective. Although I was dissatisfied with the noisy room next to the road on the first day of my stay, the receptionist immediately arranged a room change the next day. Overall, it is highly recommended.

Would stay again and recommend to others when visiting the area! Really nice to provide a little birthday gift of lotion, facial wash and conditioner for my mum. Loved their orange scent used in hand-wash. Location was superb with many food options and convenience stores nearby plus walkable distance to WenHua Night Market. Aircon was strong, bedding was comfortable and loved the hot tub! Only negative was sometimes room cleaning wasn't done thoroughly as cups was unwashed and lift and lobby sometimes had an unpleasant smell. There was tea and snack available at lobby on the first day but never seen again on my four nights after.
