Our favorite family friendly hotel in Chia Yi! It has alot of facilities that are kid friendly like a big kid zone, caoursel, racing car, and a big grass field for children to run around. The room is quite big and also have big beds to accommodate the children.

This trip is for a class trip to Chiayi. The location of the hotel is away from the noisy urban area and not far from the city. There are electric ubikes available for rent nearby. You can ride along Minquan Road to the lively urban area and move around the city on a ubike. Quite convenient. The room is spacious. It is convenient for travelers to start the day after breakfast. The breakfast is simple but rich. The services we received at the price we booked are very cost-effective. Although I was dissatisfied with the noisy room next to the road on the first day of my stay, the receptionist immediately arranged a room change the next day. Overall, it is highly recommended.

Would stay again and recommend to others when visiting the area! Really nice to provide a little birthday gift of lotion, facial wash and conditioner for my mum. Loved their orange scent used in hand-wash. Location was superb with many food options and convenience stores nearby plus walkable distance to WenHua Night Market. Aircon was strong, bedding was comfortable and loved the hot tub! Only negative was sometimes room cleaning wasn't done thoroughly as cups was unwashed and lift and lobby sometimes had an unpleasant smell. There was tea and snack available at lobby on the first day but never seen again on my four nights after.

It's a bit far from the train station on foot, but very close to Wenhua Road Night Market. The breakfast shop and ice cream shop opposite are said to be hidden versions. The breakfast shop is special but the price is a bit high. I didn't have time to try the ice shop this time. I'll try it next time. Try it. The hotel has friendly facilities and friendly staff. We booked two double rooms and were directly upgraded to two quadruple rooms for free when we checked in. The hotel was generally clean, but I found that the used bath towels had not been put away in the closet. I reported it to the customer service and they actively dealt with it. Cannot expect more with this amazing choice. It’s in 5-8 mins walking distance from station. The hotel also has bike for lending (free of charge). It makes me feel like living in a 4-star hotel but also provide convenient & reasonable-price services. They also have washing machine & dryer on basement which costs you only $50 each time. Staffs are supper friendly & helpfully. Regrets not to stay longer to enjoy Chiayi more. Ah its location is right in the center of shopping street. Absolutely come back & strongly recommend for you guys
