perfect location...the hotel can be seen once you get out from the Chiayi Hotel.. Muslim traveler I highly recommend this hotel..the room is spacious, the toilet is super clean. And you can go to the halal restaurant run by an Indonesian just in front of the hotel..their food is superb guys.. The staff very very friendly and helpful (I face some difficulty with the dryer) shout out to the lady (maybe she work as a housekeeping) she is very helpful and very nice. And also the guy who work in dining ( he wear glasses) he also took an effort to understand my English and help me with the dryer... Seriously it was a pleasant stay in this hotel...

Located next to the Wenhua night market, and provided all the amenities required for a normal traveller, and the check-in was smooth. The breakfast buffet provided variety of food to fuel up for the day, especially providing great options of vegetarian dishes. Bath salt was also the highlight, giving a moment of relaxation. However, the bath is quite small and only fits for 1 person (not even a tall one), so it was not easy for getting my partner to enjoy it together. And the wash basin looked heavily used like gonna be breaking very soon.

Stayed at such a great hotel! The breakfast was super good. I heard that this hotel is very famous for its Hong Kong style tea. The carrot cake and chicken rice for breakfast are really delicious. The vegetarian food is also the most varied, richest, best, best and most delicious restaurant I have ever had. , the attitude of all the service staff is super great, it is really touching. The room is quiet, comfortable and clean. The shampoo and shower gel in the bathroom make the whole body comfortable and moisturized without drying out after washing. There is also a children's playroom in the basement. Staying in this hotel is really amazing. Extremely relaxing and stress-relieving.

The room was superb. Spacious and modern. The snacks beverages provided 24hrs is a bonus. Not many restaurants, cafe etc. around the area but a short walk will bring you to these places. Breakfast provided by hotel was great. I would stay again.

Good location, in the middle of chiayi city surrounded with lots of food choices. We are spoilt for it. Most of the restaurant are of walkable distance. Breakfast place around the hotel was good.

I recently stayed at the Maison De Chine Hotel in Chiayi for two nights and was pleasantly surprised by the value offered. I booked one of the cheaper rooms without a window, and let me tell you, it exceeded my expectations. The room was incredibly spacious, featuring a cozy sofa corner, a separate tea-making station, and a cleverly designed layout with a separate toilet, bathroom basin, shower, and bathroom area. This setup provided a level of convenience and comfort that’s hard to find at this price point. Although I mostly used the room for sleeping, it was a great space to retreat to after a day of exploring. The reception team, especially Ken, was fantastic. They were always ready to help, whether it was organizing taxis at a moment’s notice or offering detailed information on how to catch a bus to Alishan. One of the standout amenities was the free laundry room—an absolute lifesaver for someone like me who’s been traveling solo around Taiwan. It’s also worth mentioning the hotel’s excellent location. It’s just a 5-minute walk to the night market, where you can immerse yourself in the local culture and enjoy some delicious street food. There’s a cheap and tasty breakfast cafe right across the road and a Family Mart around the corner, where you can conveniently book your HSR tickets. Overall, my stay at Maison De Chine Hotel was wonderful, and I would definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Chiayi.

15 minute walk from Chaiyi train station. 10 minute walk to the nearby Wenhua Road Night Market. Opposite to a shopping mall and quite close to a few tourist spots also. Good value for money. Room is spacious with what you need. Overall a good experience.

Very pleasant and relaxing staying over a night, even my family arrived late and very like the interior design... The only thing I am thinking of is that, it would be better if the heavy carpet floor can be replaced by light fresh wood floor.... Thanks!

Room was clean and comfortable, but the lighting was a bit dim. There was sometimes a foul water smell in the toilet area. Good variety of food for the hotel breakfast.

The hotel is very new and has many facilities. The service staff are very friendly. The only drawback is that there is an intermission. That is, it can only start at 12 o'clock and then at three o'clock at noon. There are too many people and it is crowded for breakfast.
