The best type of room so far. Japanese modern style, very clean and clear look. My personal favourite comparable to our previous stay at Gero Onsen Inn.

No flexibility of check in. But because hubby not feeling good, we pay ¥4000 when check in early at 11am.
Location is convenient. Sheltered from train station to hotel
Housekeeping did not wash our dirty cups. Only give us 1 big towel and 1 bath towel. I shared the towels with my husband. We have 2 people in room. Why only 1 towel.
Front desk is kind enough to pass me the fever pad. Told them my hubby got fever and headache. She pass the fever pad. Thank you to front desk

very clean and nice hotel. Staff are very friendly. The hotel is located at the west exit of Chiba station! Just two minutes walk from the station! very convenient.

The staff is very polite.

Everything is good in the hotel expect the wifi in my room.
I can‘t connect it. Luckily my friend's room is near. His room wifi is ok.

Even though the staff may not really good at English, they will try their best to answer your questions and solve your problem. The environment is pretty nice and the transportation is convenient.
