It is located near Chiba Chuo Station, but it is located in a quiet place because it is opposite to downtown, and it is easy to spend. The room was clean and the bed was large and easy to spend. The locker in the public bath was a coin type, although it was fine. I didn't have a coin because I didn't have a wallet because I changed to a sleeping roll. I returned to the room once, so it was a bit troublesome.
The name ”Ekimae” is named, but it is not a distance to go in 1~2 minutes, but the location is easy to understand. Although it is in a district with a lot of traffic, the hotel was surprisingly quiet and the breakfast was delicious. Previously, there were complex facilities such as ”Parco” and movie theaters, but recently high-rise apartments were built, and the cityscape has changed considerably. The hotel accommodation fee was quite cheap, so if you are staying in Chiba City, this hotel is recommended. The customer service attitude of the staff was also good.

The hotel is about a 5-minute walk from Kaihin Makuhari Station. It is a Western-style building and I was able to check in while sitting. The atmosphere is that of a European hotel. I chose a twin room for single use, but it was more than spacious enough. The view was of the center of Makuhari and it was open. The bathtub and shower room were separate, and the time it took to fill the bathtub with hot water was about 2 minutes, so be careful. You can enjoy a fluffy bath with the bubble rinse provided. The amenities were minimal, and there was no lotion or toner. There was a bathrobe hanging in the bathroom. There was a sofa, table, desk, etc., but it was spacious enough. However, it was disappointing that there was no power outlet by the pillow, so I had to charge my smartphone somewhere else. The front desk checked my preferred cleaning time and responded to it when I returned to my room. Also, the bed mattress was old, so I personally couldn't sleep well. It was a shame that it wasn't a first-class bed mattress. Also, the lights didn't go dark in the whole room unless I turned them off one by one, so it would have been easier if they could be turned on and off centrally.
It is located in the drinking street 2, 3 minutes walk from Chiba station. Be careful because it is called ”Chiba EKI Mae” of the same Toyoko inn a little far away. Totally for business, the room is the right Toyoko inn. It is exactly the same as the size of other Toyoko inn and bed, the pattern of the cover, and the bed placed on the window. The room is not too small and not large. The bus toilet was clean and clean. There is no shortage of service, and there is no mistake if you only stay.
Amenity was substantial. I'm glad that the drink bar was always available, and there were always petit sweets and small snacks. , 24 White wine and bread, which are said to be free of charge for time, were empty and not replenished. The light meal in the morning was free, but only some kinds of latte powder sticks and mini cups of cereal, bean salad, potato salad, and macaroni salad were the reason for corona. It was quite poor at this time.
It was good that there was a cartoon corner, a karaoke room, a hammock corner, a bedrock bath, a wet footbath, table tennis, billiards, and darts below, and it was not crowded. I thought it was a great service to be able to use before and after check-in out. It was a pity that the darts stand was offline, the position was not properly installed, and there were numbers that were broken and did not detect.

Outstanding
RRickyIpThe hotel is new and very close to the ARON mall and Costco. Room rate is acceptable. You can stay here for 2-3 days. However, the choice of restaurant is not many. The most that I disliked is the very limit car spare. We may have to park at 15 mins away from the hotel.
TTravellingAllTheTimeLocation was awesome as a base for 1 night to pick up rental car from Toyota rent a car which was about 7mins walk away. Hotel was close to the Chiba station about 5mins walk away. Hotel is also close to many eateries and ichiran which was about 8mins walk away. There are 3 combini quite close to the hotel too. Overall it’s very good! Thank you for the fantastic hospitality!
GGuest UserThe location is a 10-minute walk from Chiba/Chiba Station....
If you pass by the shopping street under the train, you can find it easily. First of all, I really like the room. It's spacious, unlike other cramped hotels in Tokyo....There's even a microwave in the room....The bathroom is also spacious. You can take a half-body bath. However, the toilet is a bit small. It might be difficult for big men or fat people.
And if the room faces the train & train, you can hear the sound even with the window closed. It might be uncomfortable for sensitive people.
SsheepdeepsleepBecause my husband was old, I used the universal room (barrier free room). The room was compact and there was no extra thing, so I was saved by the master who was easy to fall. I had early dementia, but I was able to go without hesitation in the toilet. The bath was also easy to use with a handrail. It is also great to have a large refill bottle, such as shampoo and body soap, which is environmentally friendly. I was only worried that there was mold inside the toilet, but it is good to be improved next time I asked. About breakfast. Because it was a corona time, there was no buffet and I could bring a breakfast box instead. I didn't expect it (suimasen), but it was very delicious. The soup was especially delicious. I sometimes visit Chiba, so I would like to thank you again at that time. Thank you.
AAlbert JrLocation is good in that it's right next to the Don Quiote and the surrounding area is quite relaxing. It's a comfortable 15min walk to Chiba Station. The hotel has its own ”onzen” which I quite unique to have for a city hotel, so thats a nice feature. Rooms were nice and comfortable. The only thing was that road noise was quite audible at times, but luckily it wasn't that frequent when train or passing cars in the area would cause any annoyance
Ffun tingNo flexibility of check in. But because hubby not feeling good, we pay ¥4000 when check in early at 11am.
Location is convenient. Sheltered from train station to hotel
Housekeeping did not wash our dirty cups. Only give us 1 big towel and 1 bath towel. I shared the towels with my husband. We have 2 people in room. Why only 1 towel.
Front desk is kind enough to pass me the fever pad. Told them my hubby got fever and headache. She pass the fever pad. Thank you to front desk
PPWe booked the hotel at the last minute through Trip.com. It was advertised as a last room available and a smoker’s room so our expectations were tentative. We were very pleasantly surprised by the standard and cleanliness of the facility. It is very conveniently located an easy 4 minute walk from the Hakimmakuhari railway station station. There are plenty of eateries in the vicinity. The Hareda and Narita AirPort Express bus also stops at this hotel. The room was clean with no smoker’s smell and all the comforts available for travellers. Breakfast and lunch is available at the hotel cafe. The food and service is very good. The hotel staff were friendly and attentive to our needs and nothing was too much for them. Ueda-san deserves special mention. The hotel is located within the Makuhari Residential Park and the parklands are pleasant to walk around. Makuhari beach is a 10-15 walk from the hotel, as is the Zozo Marine baseball park. Highly recommended.
FFuguiAttending the exhibition in Chiba Makuhari, the hotel is very close to the venue, the room is large enough, and walking from Chiba Makuhari Station to the hotel will pass through the outlet mall, with many shopping and dining options.
SSummer9522The hotel is very close to JR Kaihin Makuhari Station and Makuhari Messe, both within a ten-minute walk. The airport bus goes directly to the hotel, which is very convenient for business people attending the exhibition.
The room is not small, but the facilities are a bit old, after all, it has been more than 30 years. The bed is relatively soft and low.
It is not far to walk to the beach, about a quarter of an hour, and you can see Mount Fuji by the sea when the weather is good.
Opposite is Mitsui Outlet, and there is also a shopping mall, which is very convenient for shopping.
LLini KaloumairaIt’s an older motel with front of house staff that have been working in the hospitality industry for a while. I arrived before the check in time (3pm ~), I was checked in just before 3pm which I didn’t expect. Courteous, friendly staff.
Breakfast was included in the 2 night stay - it was a simple Japanese meal that was easy sustenance - free servings of rice and soup. The staff made it a homely atmosphere with constant attention to guests asking them if they wanted more of what was available.
Room 720 faced the busy Highway but also had a great view that included sky tree. I could open the large single pane window and thought it was a unique point.
Cleaning staff were mainly foreign, all young and polite also. They knocked on doors to ask if rubbish needed removing and rooms cleaned.
I didn’t get a chance to try the restaurant on 10F or the public bath and sauna - maybe next time.
suggestions:
(1) housekeeping: a quick dusting by cleaning staff (feather duster if not wet tissues) - the hotel is clean and even though it isn’t a 5 star hotel it makes a difference. The feather duster can easily reach corners of drawers and tables. Bathroom air filters can easily be cleaned with wet tissues.
(2) room cards for cleaning- more specific than a don’t disturb card. it will save time for housekeepers as they knock on room doors to ask if rooms need to be cleaned. They can focus on cleaning and do a better job on a hotel that has been kept going for a while.
