This hotel has a location. The location next to Chiba Station is convenient for travel, and there are restaurants and convenience stores next to the hotel. For inside the room everything is good except cleanliness because I still found other people hair inside the toilet.

This hotel is so cool😭😭😭I like Chiba Prefecture very much, it feels clean and comfortable. When I first came here, I felt like I was in a game. I still miss Chiba after going to Tokyo, although not all staff here can speak English The hotel is super cool, clean and tidy, and the bathtub is cool👍I accidentally booked a smoking room, and it smells like smoke🌚🌚🌚

There is a water server on the first floor. The polite customer service is pleasant. I also appreciate the microwave in each room. There was a clear explanation that the box that I had previously found somewhere else and couldn't even find the cord for was a sterilization box. The convenient location with a supermarket nearby that is open until midnight is also an attractive feature.

I stayed at LiveMax Hotel Chiba Station for 2 nights. I felt comfortable, nice and quiet. The room environment was clean. The strong WiFi was my biggest help! Located at the west exit of Kyoto Chiba Station, turn right and walk straight along the overpass. The hotel will be on the left in front! There is a lift going down and there is a convenience store nearby! Restaurants, the surrounding area is very lively, close to shopping mall and bus station! Great experience riding the aerial tram to Chiba Central Park/Zoo! Will definitely book again next time I visit! The hotel location/environment is relatively cheap and highly recommended! I wish all employees health and happiness! See you next time!

The location is good, close to Chiba Station. There are duty-free drug stores, convenience stores, and Daiso nearby. There are also a few large shopping malls and BicCamera in the distance. . The bed is comfortable but the hygiene is average. Overall feeling good, staff friendly

Good points - Conveniently located near the west exit of Chiba Station - Conveniently located near Seven-Eleven, Lawson, My Basket, and Daiso - Torikizoku is next to the hotel entrance on the first floor, so you can go for a drink right away - Free cleaning even for consecutive stays (if you put a cleaning request magnet on your door by 11am, they will clean it for you) - Overall clean, and the rooms are not small - Microwave in the room - Vending machines right outside the hotel - Free phone to call a taxi in the lobby Bad points - Small bed (inconvenient for two people to turn over in bed) - Slippers in the room are not disposable - Few amenities, no rubber bands, cotton buds, or cotton in the room - Even if you arrive 10 minutes before check-in, you will have to wait 10 minutes. You will not be shown to your room right away, so you will have to wait. ・Check-out is early, at 10am instead of 11am ・There is only one room key card for two people (9000 yen if lost) ----------------- The receptionists were polite, and there were many foreigners who spoke fluent Japanese. The desk was scratched and dirty. The chair was stained and I couldn't sit on it. The table that could be used for storing things was not the right height and was wobbly. When I checked in, a foreigner helped me, but he didn't speak very well, so I had to ask him to repeat himself many times, which was time-consuming and stressful. There was nightwear, but it was crumpled, so I think it would be better to stretch it out when drying it.

I have stayed in three hotels of this chain, all of which were good. This one is in front of Chiba Station, right outside the west exit of the station, across the corridor bridge, past Lawson and down the stairs. I took the elevator with my heavy luggage, and it was only a few steps down.

It's close to the station and convenient to convenience stores. The twin room was a bit cramped, but the bathroom and toilet were separate and it was comfortable.

The hotel is very close to Chiba Station. Walk out of the train station towards the west exit, then go down the overpass and turn left. The environment and sanitation are OK, but the room is small and there is no space after opening the suitcase.
