Very nice building and rooms.Public Bathroom and sauna are also very good. Due to the recent economic situation, too many PRC group tour were coming. BF queuing at 6:20 is about 30 over guests, but still ok. Enjoyed so nice buffet BF. For Japanese customers, if you do not mind to stay with 300 over PRC guests, then the place is the best cost performance one in Tokyo- Chiba area.

Don’t expect too much if you want something cheap. The room is old but very spacious lobby. The check in counter staff speaks English well and helpful.

The spa is the winner for this hotel. Staff are friendly. Although this hotel is out of the way of the main stations, it is located close to the port park and has good stores within the same complex. Hotel information is well presented by staff through key holder.

Good food, great atmosphere and clean. I had my first sunrise at their sky lounge. It was such an scenic view. The staff were also very friendly. During our stay, we were able to check in early and put our things in to our room. Everything was smooth during our stay. We never used the shower in our room because their “open air bath” was just enough. Would like to come back. ❤️

The hotel staff was really helpful as I needed extend cable for my electronics device and with the communication difficulties they were really patience to try and understand what I need. The location is kinda far but taxi will do just the job unless you enjoy some walking. Spa was good and the opening hours was great.

The hotel service is pretty good. There is a front desk staff who can speak Chinese but they are not often there. The room is cleaned once every three days unless the tenants specifically request it. The rest of the time they only change bath towels and collect garbage, which is different from China. The transportation is quite convenient. We used the hotel as an adjacent hotel to the convention center. Good points It was really helpful to be able to choose the side dishes I wanted from the dinner buffet and take them to my room. It was also cheap and delicious. Parking was cheap and I was grateful that I could take it in and out as many times as I wanted. I forgot my umbrella on a rainy day, but the front desk lent me one when I went shopping. The building itself was old and built around the end of the bubble era.
