I want to give a few people a HUGE thank you, simply because of their professionalism, courteousness, attention to detail, and flawless entry. My first encounter was with the sales Rep, 2/3 days after the grand-opening. I think her name was Samantha Barnette. She had a smile that brightened the room, an angelic voice, and positive vibe that sold me to the Residence Inn, over another hotel in the running. Upon arrival a supremely nice Valet Guy named Ray. From day one has been on point and insight each time I arrived. He takes care of my car like it is his. His professional demeanor tells me he likes what he does and mingles with customers to keep them happy, well he keeps me happy. I met Steve (Customer Service) and Jo (Customer Service) at the front door my first time there dropping things off. They both were jolly and so willing to help. It eased my anxiety to see these Men smiling while helping me at a time I was in despair. My second trip I met Damion (customer service). He was sooooo helpful. He helped me removed items from my car with care. He was attentive and respectful as I spoke about how I needed things handled and place. Damion executed flawless and with a smile and upbeat vibration. Once I made it to the 20th floor, Lobby area, immediately I was greeted at the elevator by Andrew, in a very clean and crisp suit. Very impressive. His attire fit how classy, fancy, and upscale this location is. Andrew was very polished and appropriate when showing me my rooms, as I originally booked 2. He was patient and lent a keen ear to me blurting out some mishaps that occurred with an outside booking company. Kyla was the next person to wow me. I knew I made the right choice in staying a longer term at this location. Kyla was so helpful. Her voice is so inviting to openly tell what's on my mind. When I have voiced concerns and she fixes them. Kyla is prompt, thorough, knowledgeable, helpful, courteous, and has a smile to make me smile. I appreciate all of them.
