首先是服務不太行，前一天給我打了電話要了聯繫方式説一會兒就添加我，給我發入住訊息，結果第二天中午，我已經出發半天了的情況下才添加的。我這個時候才知道酒店沒有電視……
到了酒店之後發現，連信號也沒！！我是聯通的卡，房間裏一點信號都沒。家屬是電信，他有一格，但是是完全打不出去電話的那種信號強度。wifi也不太行，第一天晚上斷網，重啟之後好了，第二天下午又斷了，聯繫了一個小時，也沒人來，後來出去外面的時候才遇到一個上來的工作人員，説是旁邊修房子把啥東西給燒了，正在維修。在屋裡幹坐了快兩個小時…後來説那就開車出去溜達會兒吧，好傢伙，剛開到下面，一輛吊車把整條路封上了，當時是下午四點多，工人説得六點才能走車。但是！！以上情況，沒有一個工作人員提前告知我們，如果客人有急事要離開呢？咱也不知道拉那個服務羣是幹啥的～
我們入住的房間，玻璃上有兩個死蒼蠅屍體，鑲嵌進玻璃了都快，也不知道酒店準備什麼時候清理掉。窗簾也是，必須得兩個人，一個拽頭一個拽尾，要不然窗簾一定會跟着跑…酒店周圍都還在建房子，
感覺這邊以後建設起來應該還可以，但是這次的入住確實給人一種，還沒準備好就開始營業了的感覺，這兩天住得有點糟心。希望服務這方面能好好整改一下，要不為啥要跑三個小時來一個要啥啥沒有的地方啊…
本以為今年開板後崇禮這邊能有個不錯的酒店可以住，結果…

非常完美的一次入住體驗。到達後工作人員就開着電瓶車把我們送到房間，詳細介紹了房間沒的設施併為我們調節好地暖温度。房間設計感滿滿，並且細節之處更是讓人喜歡。早餐也很豐盛，吃完早餐後隨意溜達一圈，陽光灑下來照在身上很舒服，儘管當天氣温衹有零下一度。

感覺整體的設計語言就是讓人感覺放鬆，放空。很多精巧的設計，令人驚艷的鈴鐺門鈴很有趣。小酒館底下居然隱藏了保齡球館，KTV，棋牌室。感覺把不大的園區更立體的擴展了。非常棒，期待之後園區擴建完成體。還很寵物友好。

房間寬敞乾淨整潔，晚上很安靜，設施和用品也都挺好，沒有電視機，早餐還可以吧，點的晚餐味道衹能説勉強還行，來這裏還是需要多帶點食物，周邊也沒有可以吃飯的地方，接待的小哥服務態度很好。

入住當晚看到了銀河，非常驚喜，整體來説體驗感非常不錯，裝修風格很喜歡，全屋地暖很暖和，門和牆體都很厚實隔音，冬天大風肯定也很安靜，相當避世僻靜，南邊小山坡生態也很原始，值得一爬，沒人，對面有牛羊，來回一小時剛剛好。就是太僻靜了去最近的村裡吃飯還得開車20分鐘，建議提前買好吃的直接來，那個村裡的小賣鋪東西也非常少可選的有限。

邂逅卡爾哈私湯，重新定義假期的打開模式。 異域風情的私湯小院兒，滿足了我對避世小院兒所有幻想。 儘管有些規劃中的項目還在建設中，但絲毫沒有影響我對這個酒店的喜愛。在小院裏發個呆，泡一泡私湯，聽一聽音樂，夜晚在屋頂看星星……放下手機來場身心靈的洗禮。尤其要感謝前台小哥，服務非常周到細緻。怕我們冷，早早開好地暖並開窗户通風。 酒店保潔也很贊，每個客户入住前都會對泡池進行專業消毒而不是簡單清洗，以便客人安心泡湯。 而且酒店對寵物友好，這點非常符合我的出行需求。北京周邊除了阿那亞又多了一處可以享受假期的好去處。
